This house is steps away from Sebago Lake and activities offered by Point Sebago Resort including walk to beach, restaurant, tennis courts, sports center, fishing, boating, live entertainment, beach activities, marina and much more. Award winning golf course is located on the resort grounds.
Summer rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

On-site general store, laundromat, boat slip and boat rentals, pool, ping pong, arcade, water spray park, tot lot, beautiful views and the joy of being on vacation with others that are on vacation, too!
North Conway', NH is only 75 minutes away and Portland, ME is only 45 minutes away. Plenty of local supermarkets, big box stores, restaurants and more less than 20 minutes away.

Perfect Location in Point Sebago
Great house, great location on Purple Road in Point Sebago. House was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that a family on vacation needs. This was our second year staying in this house but our first with the new owners . Everything was perfect. We will be back next yr. Purple Road is out favorite location in Sebago. Since it is centrally located and I’m walking distance to everything ..

Great stay
We had a great week at 24 purple rd! The location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach. The house had plenty of space, with a bigger kitchen and living room than other cabins we’ve stayed in. Great amount of outdoor space as well. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond when we needed help with something. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!
