The cottage was cozy and well decorated. lt was perfect for our Party of 4.
Very clean and well stocked with Coffee which made us very happy. It wasn't tidy outside but it didnt take away from our very comfortable stay at the cottage.
Stayed here for an extended weekend with my sister. We were visiting my son, a student at SC. It was perfect! Clean and cute! Would definitely stay here again!
This property was perfect to relax. Very clean, warm and welcoming. The Host was available and accommodating. I will book again! Highly recommend to couples that want to spend quality time together.
Updated Rosewood Roost surpassed our expectations. It had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The location was perfect. My only regret is that I didn't discover this place sooner! I would highly recommend and give it a 10/10.
Easy check in and out. Amenities like kurieg and new appliances plus laundry were excellent 👌.
Local neighbor easily walkable and lots of privacy and solitude.
We stayed here during our son's graduation from BCT at Ft. Jackson. It was only about a 15 minute drive to base. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to anything that you need, including some really great parks The beds were comfy, the house was cozy and had all of the amenities that you need! I highly suggest booking this house!
Convenient location, wonderful neighborhood, great kitchen, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay to attend our son’s graduation from basic training at Ft. Jackson. The house was great for what we needed. 2 comments to keep in mind if you rent this house, internet is weak and only TV is Netflix.
So clean and nicely remodeled. Location was perfect just as host had communicated. Only 10 min from Fort Jackson which is where are trip was to. The snacks and water in the kitchen were an added much appreciated touch. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Columbia in the future
Overall great property; near food, grocery store, close to event center that we were in town attending. Could possibly look into buying better thermostat for home. Great cozy home. Next door neighbor could do some property maintenance (eye sore) that is why the low rating on neighborhood and overall rating of 4. Would be 5 star if neighbor would do some cleansing.
This property is in an older neighborhood, but the house itself has been nicely upgraded. When we first arrived, we were concerned that the house next door must be owned by a hoarder. There was 'stuff' consuming the property but it turned out not to be a concern. There was no noise and the area felt safe.
The home itself really is a home away from home. We had everything we needed and the owners were great with communication and helping us feel welcome. It is very clean, and quiet, and even has a washer and dryer.
If visiting again, we will give this rental another look. It really was close to everything we wanted to see.
We stayed for parents weekend at USC. Great location, near campus village, soda city market and restaurants. And stadium!Clean, comfortable home with everything we needed. Communication with owner was good.
Overall we loved this house. It was a great size, clean and comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved that there was a good size air purifier in the house as well. Our only problem was a plumbing issue in the kitchen which we alerted the owner to. It will need a one time repair and is not a problem with the accommodations in general. We would absolutely consider staying here again on our next trip to Columbia.
Our family visited Columbia, South Carolina, for the first time to celebrate my son's graduation from boot camp, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was perfect—immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together.Haley, our host, was incredibly accommodating. When we needed an extra day, she made the process seamless and stress-free, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitos—definitely bring bug spray if you're staying here! Aside from that, this Vrbo was an excellent choice, and we would absolutely recommend it to others visiting Columbia.
