Really neat location with fun wine bar on the first floor. Very nice to have designated parking on the roof and great directions for how to navigate to the unit from parking.

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here when we were in town to tour U of SC. It was very conveniently located to the university and we walked everywhere we needed to go. It was clean, comfortable and the instructions on accessing the parking garage and apartment were very thorough. We would gladly stay again if we are back in the area!

The host was extremely responsive pre trip even directing us of the best way to go about extending our stay. Check in was simple. We did not have a car but were able to follow the clearly written directions and pictures to help locate the key fob. Rental was clean and organized allowing us to easily find anything we may have needed.

Melissa was always prompt and very detailed. She was an awesome host that made check in very smooth and easy. Parking was very safe and Free. Close walking distance to All downtown restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable mattress. We would definitely stay here again when in Columbia.

Wonderful space, exactly as described. Host is very communicative, very up front… we have two kids working their way through USC and this will absolutely be a return option.
