The 15th-century Manoir de Kerdu, fully restored:

La Longère Game Room:
- 37 m²
- Located between Kerdu Nevez and the manor house.
- Ideal for children
- A large game room with 2 extra beds, board games, foosball, books, and children’s games

The annex:
- 40 m² for 2 people
- Located in the manor’s courtyard
- A living room with a fireplace and a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor
- A bedroom on the mezzanine (no insulation).

The laundry room:
- Located at the entrance to the estate.
- a nice space with washing machines, a shower for after a day at the beach, and an ironing board.
