Small studio in Saint Tropez, fully equipped with balcony and sea view, reversible air conditioning / heating, private parking space, swimming pool and WIFI in a very wooded residence. --- A stone's throw from the center of the village, this 16m2 studio + sea view balcony is the ideal place to come and stay in all seasons in one of the most famous villages and one of the most beautiful regions of France. --- The studio consists of a main room with a large fully equipped kitchen area (including a washing machine), a convertible sofa bed in one go (160x200 cm / 63''x79'' with a 8.6'' / 22 cm thick mattress), a bar dining area & high stools, a shower room & toilets (large walk-in shower cubicle) and two large storage cupboards. Reversible air conditioning, wall-mounted TV and fast and free WIFI connection. The large balcony has a table and two chairs to enjoy the view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez at any time of the day. Private parking space (essential when staying in Saint-Tropez). --- "Un nid à Saint-Tropez" is the ideal place to come and stay in Saint Tropez in any season.
In spring and summer to enjoy the sun, the sea and the beaches, the fashion boutiques, the luxury brands, the restaurants and the nightlife that make Saint Tropez a one-of-a-kind village… In autumn and winter to take advantage of the mild climate of the Var, the beautiful landscapes, the beaches that have become wild again, the tranquility rediscovered and in winter to visit the magnificent old village in complete peace of mind, all the most beautiful medieval villages in the surroundings: Gassin, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and the beautiful Var region --- River shuttles will take you to Sainte-Maxime in 30 minutes, Saint Raphaël (and its TGV station) in 1 hour. In season, the maritime connection Nice-Saint-Tropez and Saint-Tropez Nice is done daily in 2 hours. The quay is a 2-minute walk from the residence, as is that of the Saint Tropez bus station, which allows you to reach the city center of Toulon and its train station in a 2-hour journey.
Les Arcs-Draguignan TGV Train station is an hour's drive from Saint Tropez, as is Hyères airport.
Nice airport at 1h30 from Saint Tropez and Marseille at 2h30.

The condo is very nicely decorated and has everything you need (except for a clothes dryer for us Americans). The bed is a nice size and quite comfortable. The place is small and "cozy". The manager was great.
séjour agréable, studio très très bien équipé. points noirs : sommier du canapé lit très bruyant et surtout bruits de gros travaux de rénovation de la location très horripilants, genre marteau piqueur (même le samedi)
