Great house

Nice house and set up well for two families. Each room had own bathroom and central area opened up nicely from inside to outside - pool and deck were great and nice area to sit out of sun/weather.

Easter weekend trip

This is a beautiful, comfortable and recently renovated home in a lovely neighborhood. The yard is also very nice, it was too cold for the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating areas. We had a wonderful stay!

Relaxing Wintee Break

We were looking for an easy long weekend destination near Brooklyn and were so pleased with the ease of renting this home. It is close to everything but quiet and secluded enough to feel relaxed. Lovely!

Spent a fabulous week here with my kids and family in early June of 2025. A very family friendly house perfect for entertaining in. We used the bbq and fabulous kitchen every evening. Plenty of space and the backyard is a little paradise. It’s super central to everything in East Hampton also and Montauk is just a quick spin away. Would highly recommend and look forward to maybe getting to visit again!

The house was well clean and renovated- each bedroom has a nice ensuite bathroom and photos are accurate. We were a party of 6 and I will say the kitchen was not well stocked for 6 people. I believe there may have been a total of 6 plates and maybe a set of 8 silverware. So that made it slightly challenging to eat and cook there. We ended up using paper/plastic often which I am not a fan of. Also, I would say that the pool furniture is not in great shape. They did have new cushions on the lounge chairs but a few of the chairs themselves are falling apart. Location wise you can walk to a small bay beach. The town of East Hampton is about a 10-15 minute drive. The house has a lot of extra charges to be aware of: hot tub, a guest stopping by etc.

Perfect Family Vacation

From start to finish our family had the absolutely best vacation. Michael and his team were great! The home had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and the pool were perfect for a relaxing weekend of grilling. The home is also close to the beach which the children enjoyed immensely. Great house for a family vacation. We can’t wait to stay again! Thank you Michael

Nice stay in East Hampton

The house is very nice. Very updated and clean. Best bathrooms in any house we have stayed in. The kitchen was large and very nice. Backyard is nice and private with plenty of room. My only issue is that there are so many trees that it blocks a lot of the sun. The pool is in the shade most of the time. In the hot summer it might be great to get some shade but our week was in the low 70's and we could have used a little more sun on the pool. House is in a good location, close to town and the beach. Michael was a great host and always available. Would stay again in the summer.

Beautiful Home

Our aging small dogs prevented us from traveling to our usual beach resort this year. We were looking for a home that gave us the feel of being at a resort! This property was perfect. The house must have been recently renovated. It is well designed and decorated. The pool and landscaping were very nice. Lots of fluffy beach towels! A very hot BBQ! The oven was a mystery until I turned on the timer. The house is in a secluded area which is something we were also looking for. But not so secluded that the farm stands and shops were too far to go to. If our fur babies continue to defy the odds, we would love to go back next year!

Hamptons in the summer is going to be expensive, period. But with that should come a level of amenities and expectations commensurate with that high fee. The listing showed well, and had the amenities I was seeking. Since this was a very special occasion, we decided this was going to be perfect for the 6 of us. Overall, the 3 nights were wonderful, but the owner needs to be visiting the location more to do a fine-tune inspection of what his renters are getting. Opening the door and seeing the impressive open concept and interesting architectural push up of the ceiling with high clerestory windows was a wonderful surprise. The full wall of slider glass doors that pulled your eyes to the pool and pavilion that matched the architecture of the living room, really elevated the home. The beds were comfortable, rooms spotless, and modern clean bathrooms. Outside BBQ kitchen was a major plus! AC worked well. One wine glass is not satisfactory, nor one fry pan in very poor condition. LVRM chair needs replacing. Two days of rain saturated the pool cushions so they couldn't be used. Covers might benefit. Everything could use a bit of sprucing up. Switches not working different areas. Pool and jacuzzi needed cleaning, and service only came on last day of our visit. Outside pool table with no paddles or net. Plenty of pool towels provided inside. Extremely woody area. A simple bottle of LI wine with a greeting of some sort would have been a nice personal touch on arrival.

The pool area was featured as a highlight of this property. I felt it was very much false advertising, with the yard being unkempt, the chaise lounges being moldy, the pagoda with firepit being in disrepair, the pool being dirty and the hot tup water beyond disgusting. The pictures in this listing must be very very old.

Fish and company;)

We were supposed to take a Disney Cruise this month, booked before the Event 201 was put in play. Switched to 4 day closer vacation. Eastern LI was just what the doctor ordered. We had a great, relaxing time with plenty of " your own" space and great "enjoy the group" space! Pool and hot tub were refreshing. Fantastic star show complete with 4 shooting stars and 3 (satellite?) sightings. Michael and Katlyn were helpful before, during (there's always at least one question;), and after our stay.
