Noise levels after 10pm are to be reduced to not disturb other guests.
Early check in and late check out is not available (June-August). Other tims through owner approval only. PM cannot give approval..
Towels are not provided unless requested for additional fee. Set thermostat at 72 degrees ac and 60 degrees heat.

Cozy, quiet beach getaway

We were surprised at how quiet the apartment was as it was just a short walk to the beach. We had no problem finding nearby street parking, and we got groceries a few minutes away by car at Acme. We enjoyed our stay.

Quick walk to boardwalk

Great location… clean. The only drawback is lack of parking. There is off street so if you are lucky enough to get a spot, Uber everywhere!

Amazing Stay

The owners were so nice and definitely easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and exactly what the pictures showed, no surprises. It was the perfect stay for the amount of time we needed! My daughter had her dance nationals there and it was in the perfect area were we needed to drive to. So close to everything, and can’t wait to make more memories!!!

Summer vacation

Place was so cozy and impeccable. Owners did an incredible job of keeping place clean. Best part was it was only a few blocks from the boardwalk and beach. There were restaurants everywhere. My son and mom had a great time!

Welcome to Villa Di Viggiano. We are Frank and Pennie Viggiano. We are from Minnesota with strong family ties to both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Frank grew up in Philadelphia and spent summers as a child in Wildwood and we have visited many times as we come home to be with family and friends. We are so excited to have our permanent home at the shore and to a share it with you.

We love this property because of the immediate access to outside from every villa and the central plaza where all can join together. It offers to the chance to stay at one villa or to use/rent all 4 for larger family gatherings.
