About this property

Luxury apartment on the Makarska Riviera

Our cottage, villa, is located in the picturesque resort of Baska Voda, on the Makarska Riviera Beautiful.
50 km south from Split and 220 km from Dubrovnik
At the foot of the Biokovo mountain, surrounded by pine forests, olive trees and lavender, topped by the Mediterranean sun.
Where the enchanting Adriatic Sea to daily paired with the white pebble beaches.
We are only 150 meters from the center and the beach, in a quiet street. On foot you can reach the shops, restaurants, bank, post office, pharmacy, bakery and butcher in a few minutes.
Our house offers space for up to 12 people. We have 2 apartments and 2 additionally bookable double rooms spread over two floors. Each unit is fully air-conditioned and fully Furnished, WiFi, satellite TV, BBQ, Free Parking on site.
Terrace with outdoor lounge set, sun gazebo. Your Pats are allowed. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax included.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig. Die Lage ist optimal für Familien. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter.

Angaben stimmen nicht

Lage ist zentral und gut - Strand schnell und gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufen, Essen und Markt in Gehweite. Aber: Die Angaben stimmen nicht - die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat etwa 65 m2, 2 Schlafzimmer - wobei eines davon ein Durchgangszimmer zwischen WC und Wohnzimmer ist, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche für maximal 4 Personen (sonst wird es sehr eng - speziell mit Kindern), einem kleine Vorraum und kleine Sitzgelegenheit draussen. Internet hat nicht funktioniert - trotz mehrfache Anfrage Telefonempfang ist schlecht bis garnicht möglich Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert nicht Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer fällt immer wieder aus Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC - Abfluss rinnt schlecht ab. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer wurde uns trotz falscher Angaben (3 Schlafzimmer im Inserat und angeblich 124m2) nur gegen hohen Aufpreis angeboten.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Umgebung.

Wir waren ganz und gar begeistert. Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern (3-13 Jahre) 14 Tage in dieser sehr tollen FeWo. Die Wohnung ist gross, es war alles da was man benötigt, sogar Spühltabs, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Kaffeebohnen für die Kaffeemaschine usw. waren kostenfrei vorhanden. Jelena stand jederzeit vor Ort und auch via WhatsApp mit Tipps zur Seite. Eine sehr gepflegte Wohnung, die in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse liegt und dennoch ist man nach ca. 300m direkt an der Promenade und am Strand von Baska Voda wo das Leben tobt. Man findet also Ruhe aber auch genug Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, je nach Geschmack. Wir haben die 14 Tage als Familie voll und ganz genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Great Stay in Baska Voda

Jelena, the owner, was always reachable and very helpful. The house is renovated in a modern style and we had plant of space for the five of us. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only issue is that parking is tight if you have a larger (SUV) like me. Overall, a great stay and would rent this property again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer schönen gepflegten Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Strand- und Promenadennah! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
