Beautiful, detached holiday villa with a private pool and sea views. There is a garden area (with palm trees, lawn, oleander) and terrace with a tiled surface, loungers, awnings and a private pool with outdoor shower with hot and cold water, fully equipped for 5 people. It is located in a closed, secure facility. All windows with fly screens and shutters. 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, open American kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower / toilet, 1 bathroom with tub / toilet, seating combination in the winter garden, terraces, roof terrace. Outside there is a covered and very well equipped barbecue kitchen with grill and gas stove for a summer cooking experience. Everything you could want to relax is available: Internet WiFi, fireplace, air conditioning, electricity heating, air conditioning in every bedroom, box spring beds, DVD, 2 TV, stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , Nespresso machine with Starbucks capsules etc. There is also a large community pool in the complex, which is suitable for children. Very quiet location, a few minutes from Torrevieja. Car parking space available in the garage. To the sandy beach 1.5 km Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool und super Aussenküche. Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus . Das Haus verfügt über einen eigenen Pool mit Aussendusche sowie einer Aussenküche. In der Villa ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben braucht ( eher noch mehr :)) Alle Geräte sind modern, sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Vor und hinter dem Haus befinden sich Sitzgelegenheiten wo man sich ruhig und ungestört zusammen sitzen kann.Wir haben uns super erholt und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war top. Fazit. Top Haus, super Ausstattung, netter Kontakt. Fam. Dinger 5 Sterne Wir hören bestimmt wieder voneinander

Trsumhaus mit Meerblick

Wir hatten drei Wochen Familien Urlaub in diesen Traumhaus. Super Pool, Wintergarten, Aussendusche und Aussenküche. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare sauber Einrichtungen und Mann könnte sofort erkennen dass die Vermieter hier selber Ferien machen. Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit Familie Gruschka

Schöne Villa mit wirklich tollem Pool

August 2014 haben wir unseren Sommerurlaub, wie schon öfters, in Torrevieja verbracht. Allerdings haben wir uns dieses mal eine schöne gemütliche Villa gesucht mit der wichtigen Voraussetzung, dass sie einen Pool haben muss. Um es kurz zu sagen, wir haben genau die Villa gefunden, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben und mussten keinerlei Abstriche machen. Somit möchten wir uns herzlich für den wirklich tollen Urlaub bedanken, der Kontakt war sehr gut, Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt, ansonsten war kein Kontakt notwendig, da wirklich einfach alles gepasst hat. Räumlichkeiten Das Haus hat zwei Etagen, oben gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, ein Badezimmer (Badewanne) und einen Wintergarten mit Balkon, wobei man diesen im Hochsommer nicht wirklich benutzt. Schlafzimmer und Treppenhaus sind klimatisiert, im Schlafzimmer sogar sehr leise, und stört auch nicht beim Schlafen. Im Erdgeschoss haben wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer (Dusche) sowie das Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche. Klimaanlage ist hier ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wichtig hier für uns war die Spülmaschine und die Presse für den täglich frischen Orangensaft am Morgen. In einem Zwischenraum bevor es auf die Terrasse geht haben wir noch die Waschmaschine. Die Terrasse war top und hier haben wir uns auch hauptsächlich aufgehalten. Der Pool direkt vor der Nase, Liegemöglichkeiten mit vier großen Liegen am Pool und Sitzmöglichkeiten für Frühstück und Abendessen. Dann gibt es hier noch eine tolle Außenküche mit einer tollen Plancha zum Grillen und zwei Gasköcher und Spüle. Dann noch die Außendusche am Pool, welche wir ausschließlich genutzt haben. Die Dusche im Haus und Badewanne war nicht einmal im Betrieb. Ausstattung Die Ausstattung im Haus ist komplett und es fehlt einem an Nichts. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, TV mit Satelittenempfang, somit auch deutsche Sender. Haben wir aber nie genutzt. Auch ein Radio von B&O ist im Haus. Fazit Das Haus war wirklich toll, schöne Lage mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Einzig was uns aufgefallen war, die Sicherung ist während den zwei Wochen einige Male rausgefallen. Unser Vermieter hat sofort reagiert und hat uns angeboten, einen Elektriker kommen zu lassen, wir fanden dies aber nicht notwendig. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall wieder vorstellen, hier unseren nächsten Urlaub in Torrevieja zu verbringen. Im Haus war alles sauber, zwei Mal die Woche kommt jemand, den Pool zu reinigen.
