Serenity at the Lake comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen for those who like to cook (like I do!). Affordable luxury at its best!

Just minutes from the Balboa Marina and the popular Sunset Grill and Dulce Vita Italian Restaurant. If you want to trek to the west side of the Village, you have to try Amore's Pizza!

And don't forget, you can rent a pontoon boat from the marina and dock it at Serenity at the Lake!

We enjoyed our time at this house. It was furnished with anything you may need. The host payed attention to every detail. Upon arriving we found snacks and beverages. The homel was very clean inside and out. We spent time outside in the evenings and it was quite peaceful. I highly recommend this home.

Very comfortable and right on the water.

Very nice home located on the water with a dock. Kayaks are available and easy to get in and out of the water. Very quiet culdesac. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Lake House

We had an amazing stay in this lake house. Suzanne is very attentive and was easy to work with. The house had everything needed for our stay and then some. The lake is quiet and relaxing. We highly recommend this home in Arkansas. We can't wait for another stay in the near future!

Heaven on the Lake

This is the second time we have stayed at Serenity at the Lake. It is our favorite spot. Great location on the lake, perfect outside space, and kayaks for using. The home is all you will need to feel you are at home. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space, and very clean. Suzanne and Lance are wonderful hosts! Can't wait to go back!!

Perfect Spot to Rest & Relax

From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home! The house is perfectly furnished and very comfortable and the living areas are situated so that you can take in the amazing view and whoever’s cooking in the kitchen also has a terrific vantage point. The house was better than it looks online and all the amenities were very nice including plush bath towels. We’ll be back!

Lovely home in beautiful setting with all you need

The house was perfect for us and 2 grown children with spouses. We loved seeing the beautiful lake view from the kitchen and living room every morning. We had great communication from the host. The home was stocked with everything you would need— we used the crock pot, blender, kayaks and fishing pole. We spent time on the dock and enjoyed the large back yard for outdoor games. The community is wonderful and we took advantage of the fitness center, fitness trail, marina and nearby restaurants. (it was too hot for us to use the bocce ball and pickle ball facilities!) Just a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful lake home

This property was perfect for two “mature” couples. The property had easy access into the one level home which was important to us. The view of the lake was gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the geese on the lawn and the peaceful water. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Every time I’d say “I wish they had … I’d find what I was looking for! It was so comfortable we felt right at home! We enjoyed taking the kayaks out, but no luck with fishing! There were lots of games available. The owners made the process of entry into the village and the home seamless. I would highly recommend this home!

Better than Photos

A few days before our stay, Suzanne texted to nail down any final details. When entered the home, we were welcomed by soothing music and an assortment of treats and drinks, which was the perfect way to start our girls trip! We loved exploring the area, as well as relaxing on and near the water, yards from our beds. Speaking of beds, they were extremely comfortable. The towels were even extra plush. We were spoiled by the details throughout our stay. Suzanne checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well and she followed up regarding the check-out instructions, which were both very welcome and helpful (even though we didn't want to leave). The property is aptly named - there has never been more serenity in a place every day than this location. We are already looking for dates to book our next stay at Serenity on the Lake!

Defines A Tranquility Vacay

I was very happy to have found this gem on VRBO for my family. It was truly the ultimate family weekend getaway! Lots of memories were made! The excellent communication, customer service, and recommendations were available to us by simply messaging the hosts. Great response time. The cleanliness was superb and eased my peace of mind especially during these covid times. Upon arrival we were delighted to find a very nice warm welcome basket and that was nice treat after a long drive with kids! This 3 bdrm 2 bath was the perfect space for us as my family of 5 each had their own beds! Board Games were a nice discovery to pass time and laughs were definitely an added bonus! The view. This couldn’t have been a better location for this price range on Lake Balboa! You can stare out the large wall of windows all day and never get bored! February is a freezing month so we could not use their kayaks nor fish long, but was nice to have the option to. My teen son still tried to fish right off the nice deck while I sat on the swing. Water is clear as we could see straight to the bottom! I like to cook, and the super stocked kitchen included a crockpot, double ovens, pots and pans - although I’m used to nonstick vs stainless steel, utensils, spices, oils, COFFEE, sugar, creamers, salt n pepper, just about everything! I of course brought my own foil, ziplocks, plastic cups for kids, and paper plates cuz I don’t like to do dishes. This house is about 20 - 25 minutes to Hot Springs bath house row, and about 10-15 minutes to grocery stores and Ron Coleman Crystal mines. Overall, this is a very clean, updated, fully stocked vacation lake house inside the securely gated Hot Springs Village whose hosts are wonderful! I highly recommend staying here! We are definitely going to book here again! God Bless!

Trip to play in Tennis Tournament

3 of us stayed while we participated in a Hot Springs Village 70Tennis Tournament. The property was great! Beautiful and relaxing. Convenient to our tournament, to restaurants and a grocery store. We cooked hamburgers and hot dogs one night and had a great relaxing time. We loved being right on the beautiful lake.

Lovely

This property was very clean, modern, well stocked, and perfectly placed right on the lake. What a peaceful, quiet spot. There was a perfect sized yard to throw a ball, and plenty of deck seating. The kayaks were such a treat and we had all that we needed. Inside were all the comforts of home and more. The owners were wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any needs. Highly recommend!

We moved to Hot Springs Village in the Fall of 2020 to escape the rat race and find some space to breathe. Hot Springs Village was just the ticket. We love living in a resort town! And while our golf games aren't exactly the greatest (although Suzanne does faithfully watch the PGA), we enjoy the water and hiking the trails with our dogs. Our passion is to provide the best, most relaxing getaway possible. So we furnished the Lake House with all the goodies we would want in a getaway, from a spectacular view of the lake to comfy couches and restful beds--and a full kitchen. I (Lance) love to cook! Consider this your home away from home.
