***I offer an all inclusive experience in my cozy cabin themed townhome. 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, with deck & custom outdoor bar area. Pet friendly as well. Up to 3 dogs allowed. Perfect for a cocktail or morning coffee located just 50 ft from the swimmable Lake Segovia in Hot Springs Village. It is a cozy 12 acre lake. Trolling motor boats only on the lake. Conveniently close to the West Gate & 0.5 miles to Desoto Golf Course. Private Hot tub overlooking the lake with mounted tv... The ultimate Netflix and chill!! Need to warm up and don’t want to get wet? Relax in my sauna located in basement bedroom!! Basement bedroom is only accessible by the deck stairs or side slope of house. Included is seasoned wood for your indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. 4 total beds: 2 king, 1 queen, and a leather sofa & a futon for guests 7-8. There are 7 kayaks, 5 adult and 2 child’s sized, 5 fishing poles, and of course a 4-6 person spa including tv to relax & unwind for you! Indoor sauna as well for the chilly nights!Warm up by the outdoor fire pit. 5 total tv’s w/ 400 speed WiFi. This a Quiet, peaceful neighborhood . Pet friendly & only 2 minutes to the front gate & Brookshire grocery store & Walmart nearby too. Large 3rd bedroom basement room w/ 55 intv, sauna, full bath, pub table, tempur-pedic bed, futon, microwave included!! Keyless entry I’ll provide code after 11:00 AM on arrival day. Note: A security camera has recently been installed overlooking the front door entrance. Desoto Public pool available a mile away for 5pp/day during the summer months. Pickelball courts a mile down the main road Desoto.We are approximately 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 15 minutes to the pristine Lake Quachita!

To save energy costs, Turn off ac/heater upon exit please and close flue on chimney when not in use. Also no, no wipes of any type down toilet

View was beautiful. The hiking trails were really fun. Close to Hot Springs. Just an overall wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Amazing trip….. girls getaway! We enjoyed the house right on the water. We had access to kayaks / hot tub / walking trails and the public beaches. James was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. The beds were comfortable, plenty of supplies in the kitchen to use , and lots of towels were provided. The view each morning of the lake was so peaceful and beautiful. We highly recommend this place. Perfect place to relax and also enjoy Hot Springs itself…. The traditional baths at the Buckstaff were amazing and relaxing. Very reasonable priced Plan to return.

It is exaclty what i would expect in a lake house! Not fancy. Not trying to be art noveau or trendy. Just a comfy home that feels like it belongs to your uncle that loves golf and fishing. An eclectic mix of glasses plates and bowls that hits you in the 1980's in all the best ways. Beds were comfy, linens were clean, kitchen was well appointed. We loved taking the kayaks on the lake and the host left a binder with tons of useful information about the area.10/10 would stay again.

Weekend Trip

Nice relaxing stay on a beautiful lake. We are a special needs family and all of our children enjoyed the water and paddle boat, not to mention the fish we caught. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Would love to visit again.

Enjoyable lakefront stay

We were in town for a half marathon and this made for a perfect home base. It was convenient to downtown Hot Springs, and I really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a hillier than expected race.

Great place, wonderful location

Really accommodating rental with a beautiful lakeside setting. Loved the views and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed the hot tub! James was very quick to respond to questions and was a great host.

A Serene & Picturesque Retreat

My family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for a week, and this was the perfect, quiet place to get back to nature. Each morning I got to watch a mama duck and her 8 ducklings forage around the water's edge and drink my coffee in the company of a pair of chipmunks. The house had everything we needed, and James responded quickly to anything that arose. (The previous VRBO-ers had attracted an army of sugar ants, which James responded to promptly.) Fair warning, the fishing poles aren't in the greatest shape, but if you use worms and treat them like cane poles, it's just like at Nana and Pawpaw's, back in the day. Overall, the view here really takes first place. Waking up to the sunlight on the water and watching the sun fade, with a glass of wine and a good book, is the best slow-time vacation imaginable. )

Hidden Gem

This amazing property is truly a hidden gem in HSV! The lake house is exactly as depicted. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The lake was perfect for fishing and kayaking. The location is close to lots of lakes, hiking trails, attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants. James, the owner, was awesome to work with. My family will definitely be back here again!

Lake House

We were so happy with the setting and all the amenities of this lake house! We had marshmallow Roast at night on the fire pit, enjoyed the hot tub all evening, and enjoyed grilling on top or bottom floor. The kids kayaked all day ! Or switched to the peddle boat to challenge each other’s skills. Lol Definitely will ask for this one again!!! Very clean house with everything you could possibly need. Loved it!!

Relaxing getaway

The property was older, but clean and a great adult getaway. The lake is more of a pond and I slowly kayaked the shoreline in 20 minutes. I wouldn't swim in the water, but it's easy access and shallow enough that if you flip a kayak you can walk to shore. If you are traveling with young kids please note that the third bedroom is in a basement without inside house access. Perfect for in-laws or another couple, not good for kids. No bath soap or shampoo is provided so make sure to pack your own. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking and James had great communication.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Good-Lake Front location. Bad - Many items broken or unusable. Ugly - Floor Vent in Master Bath was gross. This property is in need of some TLC. Hot Springs Village is a unique community with a variety of things to do and places to eat.

Amazing Views

The house was very cute and clean. Has a great view of the lake from the back top deck where we enjoyed coffee in the morning as well as a quick kayak trip around the lake. Only downside is having to check into the gated community with the guards before entering. There is only two ways to get into the "village" and you have to stop and check in. It is a good drive to get from Hot Springs Village to Hot Springs the town. But if you like a very private and quite place this is the spot for you. The owner was super friendly and very responsive. Decore is more of a man's style but very cute and clean.

Out door rooms

It appears the pictures were taken to deceive the room locations and size. Very dark home with limited lighting that is not identified. I would not bring a young family due to having to go outside for one room. Hot tub leaked or always had water around it. Not very private on the deck and no privacy in the master bedroom due to direct connect duct work to the bedroom below. Last stay for me and my family for sure.

Anniversary trip

The house is very close to hot springs village entrance which was great after traveling 30 mins each way to get to downtown hot springs. The lake views from back of house are amazing. Being able to watch movies or see the lake while in hot tub was perfect for my family of 5. The kayaks& peddleboat were an added bonus. Just wish weather was better so we could have used kayaks more. Having tvs in all rooms with netflix made everyone happy. Shower heads in bathrooms hung low so not easy for my over 6 foot tall husband & son to use but they managed. Plenty of beach towels,blankets,& pillows. Loved being so close to lake. All the amenities provided at this house& the great communication with the owner whenever any issues arrived made our stay fantastic. Thank you James!

Quaint beautiful place

The property was as expected. The rooms were a nice size. The hot tub was absolutely amazing. My husband was a little weirded out staying in someone’s house we didn’t know but he got over it. We cooked on the gas grill the first night and had a great meal. We were missing a cutting board but bought some for the next guest. The beds were comfy even though they didn’t have a frame(maybe just for looks it would have been nice). For the amount of people we had there weren’t enough towels but used the beach towels and all was good. The owner was a great communicator and helped us out with any and All crazy requests. The water and the view was awesome. We used the paddle boat and was supposed to have a fire in fire pit but we got too tired and never made it to that. Our dogs loved it too. We will be back!!
