Wonderful apartment

The apartment matched the description nicely. Beware of any changes in email address after making booking. This complicated communications immensely. When we finally got connected, Giulia was extremely nice and helpful. Also, watch out for warmer weather. Bedroom can be warm, with no apparent way to cool things down other than an open window, which doesn't work well with window shading.

Modern apartment in Vienna

Our apartment was in a large building in a very safe neighborhood. It was nicely set up and had everything we needed. The daughter of the owner met us and was very helpful. The main problem was we were way too far from town center. We had to taxi in every day, and from our apartment we could not find any eating places that were open. It was a nice place but without restaurants, bakeries, did have grocery stores, but they were closed by the time we got back from the center of Vienna. This was our fault for not being more careful about the location. We find it much easier to manage when you are right in the middle of the older part of Vienna.

Super Hombase für Ausflüge mit der Familie

Sehr schöne Wohnung, wir haben als Familie alles gefunden was wir brauchten. In der direkten Umgebung sind gleich mehrere Spielplätze, das war für die Kinder super nach den Besichtigungen dann daheim noch kurz (oder länger) auf den Spielplatz zu gehen.

Fast alles bestens. Nur die Temperatur des Wassers der Dusche ließ sich nicht so gut regeln. Ansonsten perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Wien.

Gorgeous property!

This apartment is beautifully decorated and appointed. Super landing pad for our short week in Vienna. Bed was comfy, clever storage, and functional kitchen. Living room/dining room is a great space to relax after a long day. The A/C unit is in the living space, so it would have been nice to have a room fan to add to the bedroom for the super hot days like we had. Overall, a great place to stay!

Lots to love about this apartment

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days in August 2016 and overall were very happy with it. Firstly Slavo, the owner, was a great communicator and answered all our questions promptly. The arrival arrangements were easy and he even allowed us an early check-in at no extra cost. Check-in was simple and efficient and the apartment looked exactly like the pictures. The area is very convenient, with a supermarket next door, buses at the corner of the street and an underground station about seven minutes walk. The apartment was extremely stylish with excellent appliances and, unusually for central Europe, had a great air conditioner, which was terrific when the days were warm. It was large enough to cool the whole apartment and was a real bonus. If we had any criticism, it was that if one was planning to cook in the apartment, there were very few implements such as bowls for the microwave, baking dishes for the oven and cooking implements. There was no extra toilet paper, washing up liquid, rubbish bin liners, etc. and if one is travelling from Australia, it seems strange that one would be expected to buy such things. Usually these are provided for tenants. Overall, however, we really liked the apartment and would highly recommend it.

fantastic apartment, excellent stay.

i stayed in this apartment from september 2015 until february 2016. overall, my experience with the apartment and the owner exceeded all of my expectations. everything in the apartment worked perfectly, exactly as advertised. when there were small occasional issues, the owner fixed them immediately. this is a beautiful, modern apartment in a great location in vienna, and i would highly recommend it to anyone.

Schöne, stylische und sehr saubere Wohnung.

An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Leider war das Bett sehr unbequem (Matratze / Lattenrost vermutlich "durch"). Auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer kann man aber einigermaßen gut schlagen. Guter, unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Bis auf das Bett war alles gut.

Traumwohnung in Leopoldstadt

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert für eine Städtereise nach Wien. Von der nahe gelegenen Haltestelle für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht und schnell erreichen. In der modern eingerichteten und unglaublich sauberen Wohnung kann man aber auch gut entspannen. Service und Freundlichkeit des Vermieters waren vorbildlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

angenehmes Wohlfühlappartment im 2.Bezirk

Die beschriebenen Details laut Online-Inserat trafen vollkommen zu. Der persönliche Empfang war sehr freundlich. Alles war tip top. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann dieses Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.
