This apartment is located in the west end of downtown Roanoke with a picturesque rooftop patio featuring views of the Mill Mountain Star and Downtown Roanoke.

The Space:

416 Campbell avenue is a historic building that was previously used as a legal-aide office. It was renovated by Garland Properties in 2017 and is now home to two 800 Square feet single bedroom apartments and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. The apartments are secure, quiet, fun and decorated in a modern art deco style. The full kitchen and washer and dryer make the unit a wonderful place to stay for a quick getaway or long-term tenant.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their unit and roof top patio. Full kitchen and laundry facilities are included with the apartment.

The Neighborhood:

The west end of downtown Roanoke is home to a diverse blend of residential lofts, breweries, office buildings, arts and culture facilities, parks, greenways, and retail storefronts. Currently our neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization with the addition of newly renovated buildings, restaurants, music venues and small businesses.

Getting Around:

It's very easy to get around downtown Roanoke by walking, biking, or driving. The Roanoke city metro bus has a stop just down the road from the apartment. The Amtrak station is located 5 blocks away on Salem avenue.

Other Things to Note:

As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a tastefully designed open-plan living space that seamlessly blends modern amenities with the charm of yesteryears. The high ceilings and large windows fill the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The living area is equipped with high-speed internet and streaming TV, perfect for those evenings when you just want to kick back and relax. The kitchen, fully stocked with all the essentials, is ready for your culinary adventures. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a novice cook, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom, featuring a comfy king-size bed, is your private sanctuary. The soft, luxurious linens and plush pillows will ensure a restful night's sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

But the real gem of this property is the rooftop patio. Here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mill Mountain Star while sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine after a day of exploration. It's the perfect spot to soak up the vibrant energy of the city and the serene beauty of the surrounding landscapes.

Speaking of exploration, the apartment's prime location offers easy access to a plethora of outdoor activities. Whether you're into hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the great outdoors, you'll find an array of options right at your doorstep. The nearby trails and parks are a nature lover's paradise, offering stunning views and a chance to reconnect with nature.

So, whether you're planning a romantic getaway, an outdoor adventure, or a relaxing retreat, our historic loft apartment is the perfect base for your Roanoke journey. We invite you to come and experience the charm and comfort of our property, and we look forward to welcoming you to your home away from home.

Campbell avenue is a major thoroughfare through downtown Roanoke, so there is always a possibility of traffic noise at all hours of the day. Typically, the traffic is limited to business hours and 9-5 commuters.
