Tex-Ann is a beautiful beachfront home located in the family friendly village of Surfside. It is the kind of house that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. This property is spacious and has all the upgrades to make your stay comfortable as if you were at your own home, and with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, you can accommodate a large group up to 18! Your guest will have plenty of space to spread out on the two different leveled decks. One is on the ground level with built-in seating. For your conveniance after a fun day at the beach theres an inclosed outdoor shower, and the other is the upper-level deck that also has a built-in table and bench. You have a private walk over to access the beach. The Master Bedroom is extra large and features both a soaking tub and an enclosed shower. If Tex-Ann has what you are looking for but maybe lacking a little bit of room, then let us know! We have six other homes within a few houses of Tex-Ann!
We now offer optional linen service to fit your needs and budget:
• Bring Your Own Linens (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) to save on costs. If you would like to bring your own linens ask us to remove the cost which is included in the cleaning fee.
Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. If you have any questions or special requests, just let us know - we are happy to help!

Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
