About this property

Welcome to this beautiful three story condo building located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Step right out your door and walk to the Beautiful Beach. You will have your own private beach that is never crowded like the other high rise condo’s in the area. And you will have two beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for your personal use each morning during the summer months. Take the elevator to this beautifully decorated two-story loft condo. This condo has 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 baths. From the living/dining room, you have a sweeping view of the beaches from your private balcony overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. It also has a very nice wet bar and sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the master bedroom opens out to a second balcony and has a nice seating area. The master bath also opens out to a private balcony with a view of the city. You have your own washer and dryer in the condo, free WIFI, and a fully equipped kitchen. Come play in the beachfront heated pool and whirlpool or step out onto one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year in a row staying at the Seafarer. You can expect an older building with clean units, all have different ages of finishes. The property is great, pool and hot tub are nice and the included beach chairs and beach at your back door cannot be beat! We have stayed in a different unit every year. Unfortunately this unit 208 is in need of some much needed updates and better furniture. The bed mattresses are worn out, the kitchen table chairs had crooked legs that are ready to collapse and the coffee table as well is unstable. The bathrooms seem original and dated. Last there was some mold on the bedroom ceiling. We still had a nice stay, but I'd avoid this unit if you have a choice. We will still be back next year! The goods outweighed the bads on this trip and the unit was very clean despite it's issues.

Honeymoon in the Beach

It was a fantastic stay with a fantastic view from the second story living room and third story bedroom. We loved the Hot tub and the Heated swimming pool. Access to the beach was just steps away. We appreciated the availability of the beach umbrella and chairs. The house was well supplied with cooking utensils, necessities and towels. It was a great location to restaurants too. We loved it.
