Location, location, location! While staying at the Arcadian II, you will enjoy your very own beachfront paradise. This unit is beautifully appointed with an updated kitchen, large screen tv with Roku, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large balcony that directly overlooks the ocean. New, allergy-friendly, LVP flooring in bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom is equipped with cable television. The master bedroom features a new Helix mattress to keep you refreshed for your vacation! For your convenience, there is a pack n' play and convertible high chair available for use. We have stocked this getaway with both adult and kids' games. The Arcadian II will keep you busy with a private pool, tennis court, pickleball court, propane grills, picnic tables and a private garden where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while relaxing by the pool. Within walking distance of Apache Pier, Tanger Outlets, miniature golf, Wal-Mart, the Track go-cart park, Arcadian Shores Golf course, the Riddle Room, and dozens of incredible restaurants, there is something for everyone. With only a (very) short car ride to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Pelican Field, or the famous Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel, this location is close to all the fun but away from all the crowds.

Why they chose this property
With friends and family who live in Myrtle Beach, it was always our place to go for summer vacation. When one of our sons decided to attend the Citadel in Charleston, we decided it was time to plant roots in the area. We were so grateful to find this condo in the area we love so much.
