This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, and main bedroom. This condo has 2 Queen Beds and sleeps up to 4. Located in the northern part of Myrtle Beach, SC in the exclusive Arcadian I, this condo has it all. Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Heated pool and private ocean balcony along with ocean-side pool. FREE WIFI. We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do.

Guest Access:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Note: Motorcycles are not allowed on the resort property. Up to 2 cars can park at no charge. 3rd vehicle will be allowed but with a $10 per vehicle/ day parking fee, payable at the resort.

Seamless and smooth from the moment I booked. Julie is responsive and a great host. The condo was perfect for out trip and we have already discussed coming back next year. Rooms are big, beds are comfy and the sofa will hold you hostage. The property is easy to get to and well maintained. Plenty of parking, even during bike week and everything was quiet. 5 Stars from my group.

The unit was very nice, comfortable, clean, had everything you would need. We loved the location, very quiet great views and secure, only wish the weather was better. The only thing we didn't care for was the cold wind whistling through the front door, you could hear it and feel it watching television. Check in was a bit of a hassle we had the wrong door code and Wi-Fi information from the listing agent. The condo manager and security guard were very helpful, overall, it was a very nice place.

The condo was nice and the area was wonderful but the AC did not work. We reported this at 7pm Friday on arrival. We had trouble getting in contact with Big Fish rentals to correct the problem. They corresponded with us until about 9pm then ghosted us. We had to contact VRBO and they could not get in contact with them. After a long night sleeping in the heat we received a text that they would send maintenance to check out AC. No one ever came. At 4:30 the next day We went to the management of the building and luckily they were able to contact the owner who had an AC tech there within 2 hours. He adjusted and got the unit to turn on but unfortunately this did not fix the problem. The AC continued to not work and the unit remained hot- the outside of the fridge was sweating. Big Fish rentals responded to us on Monday only to say sorry for the inconvenience. It is very disappointing.

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip. The beds were comfortable. The couch had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. But it’s time to replace the nonstick pans. They are scratched and the coating is coming off. The temperature in the primary bedroom was warmer than we like so we let the kids have that room. The grounds are clean and well kept. We would rent it again.
