With your own private lake at your fingertips, an entertainer's dream backyard, and located just minutes away from Temecula wine country, your next vacation can be as relaxed or as action packed as you want it to be.

This 2600 sq ft home has everything one could desire for their next vacation stay. The interior of the home has been recently updated with new paint and furnishings. There is plenty of seating and sleeping arrangements available for larger gatherings with a private backyard, outdoor fireplace, and inviting pool area.

Inside, you'll find a large kitchen with island and breakfast bar. Also included is a billiards room and living room with home theater system and vaulted ceilings.

Situated just steps away from the lake, you can enjoy a day of kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, or sailing through this remarkable body of water. For those who prefer to stay dry, the community offers an 18 hole golf course, newly renovated tennis courts, or choose to relax at one of 16 local parks and beaches.
