I am a 75 year old woman, I receive my mon in my Provencal farmhouse which has a lot of charm and character
I have one bedroom for 2 people with 1 double bed 160cmx200cm, possibility of adding 1 extra bed 80cmx190cm for 1 person or 1 child (+ 30.00 e), beautiful independent bathroom on the 1st floor facing south with a view of a beautiful wooded garden of 11,300 m in the countryside 300 m from the village and amenities. 11m x 5m swimming pool with beach and sun loungers as w sun loungers as well as a shower room and 1 pool house, small fridge for guests, several terraces with garden furniture, tables, chairs, hammock. Covered and secure car parking inside the property.

Beautiful property run by Madame Ghislaine, who is a wonderful host. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was generous and delicious, and the location was ideal to visit tourist destinations such as St. Remy, Les Baux, and Isle sur La Sorgue.

Very Lovely and Relaxing Atmosphere

Very clean, nicely decorated and charming bed and bread fast. Food was delicious and hostess made us feel at home. Great spot to unwind after jet lag and get ready for your France adventure.

Lovely B&B with a fabulous host

We stayed at this beautifully decorated B&B for 4 nights. Ghislaine was not only a great host giving us lots of good advise for travels in the region but also a very good cook. Our breakfasts were served on the patio as were the delicious dinners that we enjoyed there. Our room and bathroom where well appointed and very roomy. We would certainly stay there again.

A perfect gem in Provence

Beautiful house set in glorious gardens. Ghislaine is a perfect hostess, wonderful breakfasts with fresh fruit and home made yoghurt and conserves. We had dinner five nights, of our seven night stay and they were delicious, a different aperitif every night followed by brilliant three course meals and wine. Fantastic value for money. Gorgeous home and very gracious hostess.

The gardens are like an arboretum. Ghislaine is lovely and an amazing cook. Her breakfasts are an amazing event with compotes from her garden, eggs from her chickens, flaky croissants . . . She gave us tips for our daily adventures and oh my! The Luberon is so picturesque. We will be back!

Provence stay

Home away from home. An excellent farmhouse with all amenities, including a swimming pool and beautiful grounds with roaming chickens…Ghislaine is an excellent host. She prepared fresh breakfast every morning from her kitchen. All made from scratch. She also gave us recommendations to where to visit and what to do. Ghislaine’s Petite Chateau

This was our second stay with Ghislaine and every moment was perfect. Her home is beautifully decorated and so very comfortable. Breakfast was always delicious and her homemade jams and yogurt were a delight. While we were in her home, she prepared several amazing dinners with apertif. Moments in her garden and by her pool were so restful after a long day of sightseeing. Ghislaine always had great suggestions for sights to see. We cannot say how much we enjoyed Ghislaine’s hospitality and welcoming approach to sharing her home with us.

A perfect week in Provence

We had the most wonderful holiday here - the house, gardens and pool are absolutely beautiful and Ghislaine couldn’t have been kinder. She had so many brilliant recommendations for places to visit nearby and the lovely breakfasts and dinners in the garden were one of the highlights of the trip - the food was always different, always delicious and the nightly aperitifs with Ghislaine were a pleasure (we were only sorry for our terrible French). A total joy to spend a week watching the chickens, cats and gorgeous little dog Elliot roaming about too. We couldn’t recommend this more highly as a perfect place to explore this beautiful area.

Amazing and relaxing holiday

We have just returned to the uk after our stay in Coumant sur durance. Our host Ghislaine was lovely and very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast every morning was amazing! Lovely home made yoghurt and jams, with all the other bits. For €20 per person she cooked us a 3-course dinner in the evening which was as amazing as the breakfast. Her house is gorgeous and the garden is breathtaking with a lovely big pool! Had an amazing time! And not to forget, lovely little Elliott and Calimero!

Le chemin des Morts could almost be translated to Death Row, but open the gate to Le Mas

and you will find paradise! The house and gardens are charming as is the host, Ghislaine. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts and suppers were "picture on a plate". Fresh eggs from her hens, homemade jams and yoghurts and freshly squeezed fruit juice for breakfast. We can't speak highly enough of Ghislaine. Although she can speak English if you would like to improve your French she is very happy to help!

Best Provençal Experience of All

To to stay at Ghislane‘s lovely manor house and experience her gourmet cookery is a treat beyond compare. You’re surrounded by lovely country French antiques and traditional French gardens and then she brings you fresh squeezed orange juice and chocolate croissants and an egg omelette and homemade jams and jellies. I won’t even go into the breads, or local fruits and cheeses. And that’s just breakfast. If you are fortunate enough to have dinner prepared by your lovely hostess you will have four courses and wine (at an incredibly fair price) that is equal to the offerings of restaurants with Michelin star. This was our second stay and it won’t be our last. Wonderful comfort great ambience and truly magnificent cuisine.

A wonderful week in Provence

We spent a week as guests of Ghislaine, the hostess, at Caumont-sur-Durance. It was a truly wonderful experience. Ghislaine was warm and welcoming. Each day she gave us a itenerary of places to visit in Provence and at night she cooked specialities of Provence for our dinner, starting with us sharing an aperative with her. The meal consisted of 4 courses and wine for a very reasonable price. Her cooking was some of the best we have had in France and as a result we ate in 5 of the 7 nights. We were able to eat breakfast and dinner outside on the patio. The house was beautifully decorated in tradition style and it was a pleasure to relax in the well maintained garden and swim in the pool. We were sad to leave. We would highly recommend it

If you want French rural charm this property has it in abundance, from the beautiful interior decor to the impressive grounds featuring a impeccably maintained swimming pool to ancient olive trees bursting with fruit to free roaming chickens that produce the silkiest eggs for that morning treat! Ghislaine is delightful without being overbearing, her standards are 5 star + , I would recommend you book dinner, superb value, superb quality and once again 5 star +. As for breakfast, standout homemade conserves with homemade yoghurt, warm breads, ham, cheese and a choice of eggs, what’s not to like.......,.? The bedrooms are large airy, with magnificent views across the grounds each room is beautifully decorated and sympathetic to the period and location and most importantly everything is immaculately clean, not so much as a spot of dust! Truly, a fantastic experience that I cannot recommend highly enough, Ghilslaine deserves the highest accolades for her truly stunning property and hospitality, a true credit to her maticulous standards.

We spent 4 lovely peaceful days in this gorgeous historic estate with some of the most beautiful flowers and gardens, and delicious breakfasts and dinners served in a very relaxing environment. Mme Ghisalay is very kind and generous in sharing her gorgeous family historic property with her guests, and she takes pride in her home and its beauty in every room and all the public areas. She has maintained it at a very high luxurious level, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and an authentic experience of Provence. There is easy access to some of the best places for Lavender season and scenic drives to the villages of Apt, Gordes, the Lavender Museum, Sault, Aix-en-Provence, and Mont Ventoux. The lavish, beautifully presented breakfasts were nourishing with homemade jams and jellies, fresh squeezed orange juice, fruits from her garden, and the tastiest homemade fresh yogurt. We also enjoyed multi-course gourmet dinners, that were among the best we had during our month long Europe vacation. Mme Ghisalay is a wonderful, graceful hostess and cook and truly cares for her guests and their enjoyment. The gardens and pool and surrounding seating is very comfortable and welcoming. If the weather had not been so extremely hot, we would have enjoyed it even more. Overall, it was a very special experience that we will remember very fondly. If we drive to that area in the future, we would love to visit again for a longer period. Merci beaucoup!

Ghislain ist ein Engel. Alles war perfekt. Ihre Tipps absolut der 'Hit of the Trip'. Zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nie aufdringlich, die hat das richtige Gespür als gastgeberin. Die selbstgemachten Marmeladen zum Frühstück ein Genuss. Das Zimmer grosszügig, sauber und ruhig. In dieser Gegend mit Sicherheit die richtige Wahl.

Prachtige plek, mooie kamer. Mevrouw is erg lief en doet ontzettend haar best om het je naar de zin te maken. In onze ogen iets te goed. Privacy heb je daar niet. Ze ging zodra we even niet op de kamer waren de boel opruimen. Ze verplaatste onze spullen. Laders werden opgeruimd. ( allemaal goed bedoeld ) De de deur van de kamer kan NIET OP SLOT. Wij voelden ons niet op ons gemak. We zijn met een smoes een dag eerder vertrokken.

Week end en amoureux

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel en chambre d’hôte de charme chez Ghislaine. Dès notre arrivée, elle nous a accueillis avec une grande attention et une bienveillance remarquable. Toujours disponible, elle nous a conseillé de nombreuses activités à faire dans la région ainsi que de très bons plans, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus riche et agréable.L’environnement est tout simplement magnifique, avec un jardin exceptionnel qui invite à la détente. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, mêlant charme et authenticité. Notre chambre était hyper confortable, on s’y sentait vraiment comme à la maison.Les petits déjeuners sont un vrai moment de bonheur : généreux, faits maison, et servis avec soin. La piscine, parfaitement entretenue, est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de découvertes.Ghislaine est une hôte attentionnée et chaleureuse, dont l’accueil a été parfait du début à la fin, sans oublier son fils Christophe qui est très chaleureux également. Nous repartons enchantés, ressourcés, et avec l’envie de revenir très vite. Merci pour tout ! Une très belle rencontre !

Prachtig verzorgde B&B

Ontvangst door lieve gastvrije gastvrouw die veel tips gaf en alles n het werk stelde om er een fijn verblijf van te maken. Prachtige B&B, sfeervol ingericht huis met een heel mooie tuin en een groot privé-zwembad, overdekte auto-stalling, goed verzorgd ontbijt met zelfgemaakte yoghurt en jam. Jammer dat op de slaapkamer geen airco was, wel was er een goede ventilator. Het was niet zo erg dat de gastvrouw (bijna) alleen Frans sprak, terwijl in de advertentie stond dat je er ook met Engels uit de voeten kon. Zeker een aanrader!

Mas paradisiaque

Nous y avons passé 7 jours splendides. Lieu paradisiaque. Maison, jardin et piscine extrêmement bien entretenus. Tout était impeccablement propre. Nous remercions de tout cœur Ghislaine pour son accueil, sa bienveillance, son sourire tous les matins et ses merveilleux petits déjeuners très goûteux, copieux et variés (jus de fruits, confitures et yaourts fait maison), un vrai régal ! Traumhafter Urlaub mit super-Gastgeberung

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine Woche bei Ghislaine und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als die einzigen Gäste (es gibt zwei Zimmer, das zweite wird aber zur selben Zeit nur mitvermietet, wenn die Mieter sich kennen.) hat sich unser Urlaub sehr familiär angefühlt, Ghislaine hat uns morgens tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben und wenn wir abends zu Hause gegessen haben, hatten wir tolle Gespräche beim Apperitif mit ihr. Die Zimmer, der Garten, der Pool und das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. BEsonders der Garten ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und behalten unseren Urlaub in toller Erinnerung! Merci beaucoup, chére Ghislaine!

Lovely week in Provence

As other reviews have stated, this is an excellent bed and breakfast. It is stylish and very clean. Ghislaine could not have been more helpful to us during our stay. Not to mention the delicious meals that she prepared on most of the evenings that we were there. We were able to visit many places during our week and also enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool. I only wish my French was better so communication was easier! Thank you for a lovely holiday.
