This oasis is a couple blocks from Shunk Gulley, shopping, restaurants and coffee. Across from Goatfeathers and Local Catch. The West end of 30A is a treasure trove of new exploration without the gridlock you will find on the East end. There are many public access points to the beach, lakes to paddle board and kayak and many trails to explore.

I am a local Realtor and also do real estate in Atlanta. I had my house in Mexico Beach hit by Hurricane Michael in 2018 and after 2 years of trying to rebuild, I decided to buy on 30A. I have been in the Panhandle either as a resident, guests or homeowner most of my life. I grew up going to Mexico Beach with my grandparents, but when I discovered 30A as an adult, it was love at first site. I love the beauty of it, the people and all the places there are to go.
Why they chose this property
I had been searching for a couple of years for the right property. When I came across Hidden Lakes Condos, I knew it was the one. I love the crisp, new, beachy look of it and the location could not be better. It is so close to everything, but it is at the more peaceful end of 30A. I think it is perfect!!
What makes this property unique
The condo is close to so many things to do, but it is still quiet on the West End of 30A. There are not many brand new condo buildings and this one just checks all the boxes. It is nice to stay in a brand new place for vacation. We have two brand new, smart tv's that you can use your streaming services to watch TV.
