You are invited to stay in our highly sought after, quiet resort of the Cabana's at Gulf Place, off of scenic Highway 30-A. The location is perfectly situated between Destin and Seaside. You can enjoy all the beauty of the Gulf without the traffic, crowds and high rises.

This condo has had a complete renovation! We have made every effort to update and refresh this space. Our 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom beach getaway provides accommodations for up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a KING SIZE bed with its own bathroom. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled. Unlike most of the condos at the Cabana, the master bathroom has a beautiful, brand new, WALK-INTILED SHOWER. The bedroom has a flat screen televisions for your entertainment. The half bathroom can be accessed from the bunk room as well as the hallway. A set of recessed twin bunks are located in the hall alcove that is perfect for children. We had the bunks rebuilt to make getting in and out of them a little easier. We also added permanent lighting for each bunk and outlets with USB chargers built in. Oh yeah, the bunks also have BRAND NEW mattresses and they are super comfortable. You cannot say that about many bunk beds!

The flooring is new throughout the condo. No more dirty carpet, now we have beautiful wood plank floors. The walls are freshly painted and the decor is new and has been specifically chosen for Top Shelf. We have added shiplap in a few of the rooms to add a fun nautical feel. All of the beds have brand new bedding. The kitchen has received a face lift as well. We added beautiful cabinets that offer that fabulous pop of color. The spacious kitchen boasts new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need to enjoy a home cooked meal with your family. (Of course, you will need to supply the food) Some of the items available to you are: a coffee maker, a Keurig, a blender, a toaster and a mixer. The open floor plan allows for plenty of space for family dining and informal gathering to watch tv, play games or enjoy the views. Best of all, you can open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the Gulf views and breeze from just about anywhere in the room.

The proximity to the beach allows you to sit and enjoy the Gulf view from the large balcony of our 4th floor condo. We are new owners and have put a lot of time into renovating the condo and paying attention to details to make it a place that people will love. We have brand new patio furniture and it is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and to watch the breathtaking sunsets. There is a private path, which is less than a 5 minute walk, that leads to the beautiful beaches of Santa Rosa Beach. The private access to the beach makes all the difference to your beach experience. It leads you to areas of the beach that are far less crowded than the public access areas. That means that you will have plenty of space for your family to spread out and enjoy the beach. If you have not been to Santa Rosa Beach, you are in for a treat. The beautiful white sand is the perfect contrast to the emerald green Gulf water. This beach is our very favorite because it is so clean and beautiful. Our condo is furnished with all of the basic necessities to allow you a relaxed visit. We also have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for you to borrow during your stay.

When it is time for a break from the beach, there is plenty to do in the area. Gulf Place has 3 community pools (two of which are heated), a hot tub, shuffle board and tennis courts for you to enjoy while vacationing. Within walking distance is an outdoor amphitheater and a large area where the kids can play and throw a Frisbee. In the summer, you can also enjoy a free outdoor concert on Sunday nights. There are also several local shops and artist booths to browse at your leisure. Within the quaint shopping area you will also find a surf shop, pharmacy and spa. If you are looking for a place to eat, you will have several delicious places to choose from within walking distance. If you would rather stay in to eat, it is a short drive to a Publix grocery store or Walmart. You can also rent bicycles and other outdoor water equipment nearby. There is a nice, mostly flat, 18.6 mile scenic bike path that runs along 30-A. Bike rides along the path are a great way to explore the neighboring areas.
