Welcome to the OG Zephyr Cottage (Apt 2)! Our secret hideaway, perfect for couples or anyone seeking solitude. Ground level apartment with 1 bath and1 full size bed with bedroom access directly to side porch with bistro table for 2 facing the park. Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, microwave, cookware, and place settings for 2 with washer and dryer in unit. Stay connected to work and school with Fios Gig speed WiFi. Roku TV 4 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to Main Ave, 4 minute walk to Wesley Lake pedestrian bridge and Cookman Ave in Asbury. INCLUDES UP TO 2 BEACH BADGES.
Our century home is in a great location - central to the Great Auditorium, Boardwalk Pavilion, beach, Main Ave shopping, and Asbury Park events. No neighbors to the West to block the view or the breezes from Greenleaf Park. No vehicle required to experience the local offerings. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We also keep a free library on the corner of our home and the neighborhood keeps it stocked with enough books to suit just about every reader, young and old. Beach chairs and sand toys available.
Thank you for considering staying in our 130 year old HISTORIC home in Ocean Grove. OG is a sleepy Victorian community as well as a Nationally Designated Historic District. We are just minutes walking distance from some of the best nightlife (Asbury Park) and beaches in New Jersey. Please remember that we are a historic home (formerly a bank) and as such please consider if that will meet your needs. If you have any concerns please message us and we will be happy to provide a tour.

Charming and so well-located!

I loved my stay at Zephyr Cottage. It's about 2-1/2 blocks to the beach, right down the street from Day's Ice Cream (if you know, you know) and the Great Auditorium. The place was immaculate and had everything that I needed. There was a lovely little side porch where I could eat breakfast in the morning. I hope to come back sometime!

Great Location

Cozy apartment very close to Asbury Park. Owner lives upstairs and is very responsive. Shower stall is a little tight, we are on the small size so we had no issues, but someone larger might.

Relax and Enjoy

Perfect location very close to the restaurants and shops of Ocean Grove on Main Street. A very short walk in the other direction to Cookman Ave. in Asbury Park for their restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. Beach badges that were included were a plus. The apartment was perfect for two people. The shower was tight but manageable. Having a park on the side of the house was also a nice addition. The apartment is as advertised. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Peaceful Place

My son and I so enjoyed staying here! The shared porch opens to a park and we met our neighbors and my son was able to learn some German while they played and the parents relaxed on the porch. The kitchen is good and the washer/dryer was a plus. Very small shower, so keep that in mind, but the area is incredible. Quiet and quaint! We will return.

Ocean Grove Stay

A cute little one bedroom in Ocean Grove, very near the beach and the Main Street that has all the shops and eateries. North side of Ocean Grove so easy access to Asbury Park. Quiet neighborhood. Adjacent to nice park. Easy communication with owner. Pictures on site are accurate.

Good location and accurate description of property. The space is tight, especially in the bedroom and kitchen. However, a few upgrades would be helpful, such as kitchen. These include a new coffee maker (broken lid), toaster, serving bowls, matching silverware, sharp knives, clean kettle. Beach chairs an DC umbrella were good.
