Our Villa Rina is located in Banjole near Pula - in a charming, quiet bay - directly by the sea.

Banjole is a small fishing village, which is quiet even in high season - mass tourism is a foreign word for us here.
However, the bustling and world-famous Pula is only 4 km away.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a spacious living room. Two bedrooms and the living room have sea views and access to the balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, hair dryer, bedding, towels, microwave, oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, etc. WiFi is accessible without cost.

In the garden there are deckchairs for you, a gas grill with a dining table in the shade of an olive tree and our luxurious whirlpool for up to 6 people, which guarantees a fantastic bathing experience in any weather, day or night.

We, the landlords, live in the house and are always happy to assist you with advice and action and excursion tips, etc.

You can also rent mountain bikes from us, as well as our rowing boat to explore the surrounding bays. Cots and seats are available and will be provided free of charge if you pre-order.

The picturesque landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling. The house is on a popular bike path. Water sports enthusiasts and sun worshipers will find a variety of bays with pebble and sandy beaches. Due to the proximity of the sea, the best fish restaurants in the area are located here. The nearest supermarket is around 500 meters away and a pebble beach is around 100 meters away. There are many beautiful destinations nearby, especially the famous natural paradise of Cape Kamenjak.

Große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage gleich am Wasser - topp Gastgeber

Von der Buchung bis zum Check out hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Isabel hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und z.B. Restaurant und Sunset-Delfin-Beobachtungs-Tour direkt für uns reserviert bzw gebucht. Wir waren in der größeren Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Alles war schön, sauber und super ausgestattet (1 kleiner Balkon, 1 großer Balkon mit tollen Blick aufs Meer, 2 Badezimmer, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, großer TV mit Netflix etc, Parkplatz vorm Haus, Whirlpool im Garten, …). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin sehr weiterempfehlen!

Einfach traumhaft. Morgens schon auf dem Balkon frühstücken und dabei den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr herzlichen und umsichtigen Gastgebern! Es hat uns sehr gefallen !

Schön, entspannt und sehr angenehm!

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, so dass man sich rundum wohlfühlen konnte. Wir konnten den großen Wirlpool nutzen, die SUPs und eine Radtour machen. Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben sich wahnsinnig lieb ohne aufdringlich zu sein, um uns gekümmert. Es war unvergesslich und toll!! Vielen Dank!

Angenehmer Urlaub mit deutschsprachigen Vermietern

Wir haben im September in der oberen größeren Wohnung Urlaub gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ordentlich ausgestattet. Kleinere Mängel wurden direkt behoben, wobei die Vermieterin stets sehr freundlich war.

Wir waren vor Ostern für eine Woche zu Gast im Haus Rina, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft direkt an der Bucht (20 Meter zum Meer) in Banjole. Eine Idylle zur Erholung! Isabel und Tomislav sind sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeber und mit vielen Tipps sehr hilfsbereit. 5 Sterne für die Gastgeber, das Haus, die Ausstattung, die Umgebung...!

5 Stars isn't enough...

I can't rave enough about this rental. Our host Isabel was an absolute delight that went above and beyond in really making our vacation a dream vacation. She helped arrange our visits to outstanding local restaurants and wineries and even helped get us taxi's to the wineries. As for the accommodations they were pristine, clean, everything was super comfortable, the beds, pillows, bedding all super comfy. A huge smart tv with a very comfortable couch and dining area. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need to cook a full meal if you weren't eating out. The views were amazing from the deck. The hot tub was super relaxing. The garden was beautiful and even the fruit from the trees was delicious. I can't say enough good things about these accommodations and our host really made our trip a dream trip.

Superschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im Haus Rina verbracht. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind und hatten viel Platz. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und auf dem Balkon konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Die Vermieterin, die mit im Haus wohnt, stand uns jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hat uns einige gute Tipps gegeben, sowohl kulinarisch, als auch kulturell. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen:-)

exclusives Feriendomizil mit gigantischem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Banjole. In Isabel hatten wir eine sehr fürsorgliche und in höchstem Maße hilfreiche Vermieterin, die nichts unversucht ließ uns bei kleinen und größeren Problemen, die wir z.B. mit unserem Boot oder gesundheitlicher Art hatten, zu helfen. Auch gab sie uns super Ausflugstipps, die wir gerne annahmen. Dies gebührt einer besonderen Anerkennung. Gerne erinnern wir uns an die herrlichen Abende mit traumhaften Blick auf die absolut ruhige Bucht von Banjole. Nur der Gesang der Nachtigallen war zu hören. Zur Entspannung stand uns u.a. ein großer Whirlpool im Garten zur Verfügung oder wir konnten die zur Verfügung gestellten Paddle-Boards nutzen. Die Ferienwohnung, die direkt am Wasser liegt, ist sehr großzügig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, einer Küche und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon über die gesamte Wohnungs-Länge auf Meeres-Seite. Wir haben uns dort außerordentlich wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Alles top!

Wir können die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist groß, freundlich und sauber, wir waren noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung, die so gut ausgestattet war. Die Lage ist einfach nur ein Traum....! Ebenso der Garten und der Whirlpool! Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, wir fühlten uns willkommen und gut aufgehoben und pudelwohl.
