Une semaine en famille très agréable. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse et la générosité de Gérard qui a su partager un peu de sa Corse avec nous pour nous faire découvrir des coins magnifiques. L’endroit est idéalement placé pour découvrir la côte Est et l Alta Roca.

Ruim huis met fijn zwembad

Ik heb,samen met mijn partner en onze volwassen kinderen, 10 heerlijke dagen doorgebracht in dit huis. Pluspunten: -Er is zowel binnen als buiten veel ruimte, je loopt elkaar niet voor de voeten.-Er is een wasmachine en afwasmachine.-Er zijn een supermarkt (niet heel groot, maar alles is er wel) en een bakker aan de overkant,erg handig!-Het zwembad is fijn.-Op de slaapkamers zijn airco's en ze hebben allemaal ook veel kastruimte. Waar we iets minder tevreden over waren:-Je krijgt slechts 1 badhanddoek per persoon en daar moet je alles mee doen: mee naar zwembad/strand en douchen. Dat is echt te weinig, je blijft wassen en moet steeds erg goed nadenken over wanneer je hem nodig hebt.-Er is geen droger, wat bovenstaand punt nog lastiger maakt.-De communicatie was erg wisselend; vantevoren wel goed, maar we hebben de eigenaar na de dag van het inchecken niet meer gesproken, ook niet bij het uitchecken. -Het huis was met name in de sanitairruimtes niet overal schoon. Zo lagen er bijvorbeeld nog veel haren in de hoeken bij aankomst. -Het huis/materiaal is her en der wat gedateerd of kapot; sommige lampen doen het niet, een paar van de ligstoelen hebben hun beste tijd gehad, er is wel een tafeltennistafel maar geen goede batjes en balletjes. En de airco in de eetkeuken/keuken deed het niet en tijdens het koken is dat niet zo fijn.

Séjour parfait, un grand merci a Gérard

Le logement est très bien situé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La piscine est très grande, et l'extérieur très bien aménagé. La clim a été très appréciable !Merci beaucoup a Gérard pour sa disponibilité, toutes ces recommandations et ses histoires sur la Corse. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés ! En espérant qu'on puisse y revenir un jour. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Maison Prunelli

Maison bien placée et largement suffisante pour un groupe de 10 personnes, proche de la mer et de la montagne. Petit bémol, pas de sèche-linge contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce. Gérard le propriétaire est bien sympa et disponible.

Sehr gut. Die Standortinformation ist nur ein Näherungswert. Das Haus ist direkt gegenüber der Einfahrt vom Utile. Siehe Fotos der Einfahrt in der Beschreibung.

un très agréable séjour

Très satisfaits du séjour de 2 semaines passé dans cette maison spacieuse, plaisante à vivre avec une grande et belle piscine. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité ce qui facilite les achats courants. Très bien accueillis par Gérard, le propriétaire qui nous a conseillé sur les plages tranquilles et a eu la gentillesse de nous faire découvrir un magnifique lieu isolé avec cascade et grand bassin où nous avons pu nous baigner. Il nous a également permis d’avoir des échanges passionnés sur la Corse et son histoire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Casa e posto bellissimi. Gerard. il proprietario, è una persona molto disponibile che ama la sua meravigliosa isola, ci ha dato preziosi consigli su quali luoghi visitare ed è diventato un nostro ottimo amico. Abbiamo lasciato il cuore in Corsica e speriamo di essere al più presto nuovamente suoi ospiti. Super consigliato!

De bonnes vacances en Corse

Gérard est un hôte charmant qui sait prendre soin de ses locataires. L'emplacement est idéal pour alterner randonnées en montagne et farniente à la plage. La maison est vaste et même à 10 on n'est pas les uns sur les autres, ce qui est appréciable.

Magnifique maison idéalement située

Très agréable séjour de 2 semaines dans cette maison très vaste, bien agencée avec une grande piscine et de nombreux transats ! Merci beaucoup à Gérard pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert des endroits inédits et très beaux. La proximité d'une supérette et d'une boulangerie est très appréciable ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Agréable et Conviviale

Pas de surprise par rapport au descriptif. Tres agréable rencontre avec le propriétaire digne représentant des trésors ,des paysages et de l'histoire de son ile.Thierry breton dans le sang et corse dans le cœur.

De superbes vacances

Belle maison (tout y est pour passer des vacances inoubliables), belle piscine , beau jardin, bref, Un petit coin de paradis ! Un grand merci à Gérard, le propriétaire, un homme qui aime son île, qui aime partager. Un moment très apprécié, celui où Gérard nous racontait la Corse. Il est aussi très disponible et nous conseille sur les visites à effectuer. N'hésitez pas à louer cette belle maison !

Siamo stati lì per 10 giorni ed è stata una vacanza bellissima. La casa e centralissima per vedere più posti. È arredata con gusto e ha una piccola piscina che è adatta per chi ha bimbi piccoli. Habitation récente, spacieuse, dans un endroit calme

La maison est située dans un endroit au voisinage calme; elle se trouve à 200 mètres d'une supérette et à moins de 10 minutes en voiture de la mer, de Ghisonaccia et de centres commerciaux. Village, petits commerces et marché à 5 minutes en voiture. Parking aisé. Piscine pas très grande, mais très propre, idéale pour les enfants et après une journée de soleil, avec abords spacieux et mobilier de jardin. Vaste terrasse couverte idéale pour prendre les repas et jouer au tennis de table. Intérieur de la maison très moderne. électro-ménager complet. Sanitaires très propres. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires, qui nous ont d'ailleurs fait découvrir un petit coin de nature paradisiaque à 15 minutes de là, visiblement inconnu du grand public..
