The loft is a 120m2 (about 1300 sq ft.) flat which has been totally refurbished by an architect and high quality / design materials and furniture.

It has a large living room with sofas (1 is convertible), TV (Apple TV + Netflix) and a working space.

It has 3 double bedrooms with 4* Queen size beds (160x200) with each a private bathroom. 2 separate toilets in the loft.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking plate, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, pans, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, ...) and a dining area for 10 guests.

Lovely place for a quick stopover!

Our host was exceptional and communicated with us regularly as needed. The home was clean, reflected the photos on the website. Ceilings were low in a couple of areas, we didn’t catch that in the description/photos and it would have been nice to know (certainly not an issue). We were able to use the washing machine which was super helpful. Charming neighborhood, great experience. Would absolutely consider it again.

Beautiful flat but….

We were pleased when we arrived to our flat to see a spacious, modern and well appointed flat but shortly after arriving it became very clear that the flat was desperately in need of a thorough cleaning. There were dirty dishes in the dish washer, one third of a roll of toilet paper for five adults over two days, hair everywhere, crumbs on kitchen counter, etc. I contacted the helpful host who very promptly responded and said the cleaners would be there the following day. As far as we could tell they never came. We paid far too much for this rental to be so terribly disappointing. Would not return unfortunately.

Great Paris Stay for Families/Friends

This modern multi-level flat provided a great stay for our family and friends group of eight persons. The generous living room/kitchen allowed us to gather together as a group and to prepare meals and dine comfortably. The neighborhood provides access to grocery stores, specialty markets, and outdoor markets. A nearby metro station provides access to Paris as a whole, But, one of the best features was excellent communication by the owner, with quick responses when needed. We’d definitely consider this property again!
