Ocean View with a short walk to the Gulf!

Newly renovated third floor condo with smart technology and ocean views accommodating 2-4 guests comfortably. High speed internet is provided at 100mbs with smart tvs streaming slingtv, smart thermostat, and smart lock for easy and seamless access. Condo is a fully furnished one bedroom/one bathroom with a fully functioning kitchen. We also have a sleeper sofa with memory foam pad to accommodate 2 guests. Bedroom features complete blackout blinds and memory gel foam mattress. During high occupancy days/months there may be some slight noise in the building, but due to our building community we are able to try and mitigate noise during your stay.

Guests must be of 25 years of age or older. Only verified guests are allowed on premises, any additional guests will be not allowed and deemed termination of agreement and will constitute in forfeiture of remaining stay. This is at the owners discretion.

-Check-in at 3pm / Check-out at 12pm Check out time is STRICTLY 12 PM

-The building is a family oriented, not allowing any noise or partying, absolutely NO smoking/vaping in the rooms and/or balconies. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, you will enjoy your stay with us!

-No open flames of any kind including candles and grills due to hazard, inside or on the balcony.

-Also guests are responsible for any damages done to property and/or belongings during their stay: the guests will be responsible for paying the total value of damages or missing items that took place during their stay.

-The occupancy limit for this property is 4 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Booking guest agrees to communicate to host the accurate number of guests prior to arrival. Advance written authorization by host is required for any day guests. Exceeding guest limit may result in a $100 fine per additional guest per night, on top of any and all county fines that may be incurred. Booking guest understands that there is a legal guest and car limit imposed by the county, and agrees to not exceed it.

-Unauthorized Persons are not allowed. Persons can only be authorized by host, in writing. Violation may result in immediate eviction as well as damages. Guest agrees to indemnify host and/or owner against the occurrence of accidents, injury, or damage to persons, personal property, and the real property caused by Unauthorized Persons. - Guest agrees to fully comply with all local laws. Guest also agrees to not disturb neighbors with loud sounds, music, or aggressive behavior at any time. Guest agrees to pay all fines and/or fees incurred with the county and/or law enforcement due to illegal activity and/or violation of house rules.

-No unregistered guests or third party booking. Guest who is booking must be on site for emergency purposes.

-Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am

-Ring camera pointed at front door.
