This peaceful lakefront condo on 30 A and is fully furnished for your enjoyment. Bedroom has king size bed.and pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room Has one bathroom . Vanity sink with large mirror in hallway for added convenience while getting ready. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry facility on the 4th floor. The balcony is off the living room that offers beautiful lakefront views. There is fishing out your front door. Bicycles are available to rent. Carillon Beach Inn has (4) beautiful pools to enjoy , one is oceanfront and one is heated. There are special community events held throughout the year where neighbors gather on the Village Green. Venture out to Rosemary Beach only 3 miles away. There are also grocery stores within walking distance. For more shopping adventure there is Pier Park 7 miles away . Pier Park offers movies, dining, Margaritaville and much more.. For the golf lover there are golf courses close by. Cute beachfront community

My husband, myself and our daughter stayed here for a week. We loved the location of this property. Close to Panama City Beach, yet far away from the congestion and traffic. The unit was small, but it worked perfect for the 3 of us. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with a King bed and our daughter stayed in the living room on the pull-out sofa sleeper. The pull-out was comfortable, but we brought a 2" memory foam topper with us for extra comfort on the sofa-sleeper. The kitchen was small, but big enough for us to cook all of our meals. The dishwasher was nice. There isn't a full-size oven, but rather a large toaster oven on the counter under the built-in microwave. The stove had 2 burners, which was sufficient. There are 4 pools at this resort and we visited all 4 of them. The resort pool is very large with plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed walking through the resort in the evening looking at all of the cute beach houses. For all future visits to this area, we will certainly be staying at the Carillon Beach Resort. We also liked this unit as it is pet-friendly.

Wonderful!

This is our second year staying in this condo. It’s a great pet-friendly condo and location. Great areas to walk your dog. The pools and beach are never crowded. We absolutely love staying here!

Great Stay

This is our third time at this property but first time with this condo. We had a small issue with dog hair on bed sheets but owner was quick to respond and apologized. She gave us code to housekeeping closet for clean sheets and new mattress protector. They had beach chairs and wagon for tenants to use. We brought our own but it was a nice touch. This one of our favorite places to vacation because of the gated property and private beach access. We have coffee every morning at the beach and go back in the afternoon with the kids for boogie boarding. Great stay overall!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because it offered a different type of vacation experience. We have been to Panama City Beach during busy seasons and really enjoyed the safer, quieter opportunities it offered us. The ability to walk or ride bikes in a safer atmosphere was what did it for us. When we want to head to a little more entertainment and shopping, its just a 7 mile ride to Pier Park. So this way we get the best of both worlds.
