Architect's house next to the beach, Villa YIN is equipped with all modern comforts: each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom (with toilet) and a Queensize bed you will enjoy a comfortable and spacious living room, with a large connected TV flat screen (Netflix possible), southern exposure, design decoration, nature and wood, free parking and wifi, Nespresso) this atypical contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquility... and private access to the Bay of Quiberon!

The capacity is 8 people (children and babies included).

Far from the road, the environment of this designer villa is quiet, residential and wooded.

Departing from the Villa, the preserved site of the Quiberon peninsula, with its magnificent nature and its mythical body of water, is available to you whatever the season: the isthmus of Penthièvre and its endless beaches, the small port of Portivy with its mythical sunsets and its good restaurants, the wild coast, the Arche Port Blanc etc.

Deuxième séjour

Deuxième séjour en famille dans la villa et encore une grande réussite L’endroit est toujours aussi magique et il nous reste encore beaucoup de découvertes en réserve pour le prochain séjour N’hésitez pas, même sous prétexte météorologique, le soleil finit toujours par sortir et la Bretagne est vraiment magnifique Bon séjour à vous Il faudrait prévoir des antidépresseurs pour le retour à la vie normale après deux semaines chez vous

Deuxième séjour dans ces villas et nous avons toujours autant apprécié notre séjour

Nous adorons l'emplacement privilégié très proche des sentiers longeant la mer, de la plage de Mané Gwen où une plage leur est autorisé toute l'année alors que les chiens sont interdits du 1er mai au 15 septembre 2025. Nous apprécions également le calme et la configuration du logement où chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains Nous étions venus en mars 2025 et n'avions pas mesuré le fait qu'il n'y avait pas de stores dans la pièce de vie. Indépendamment du parasol qui réduit un peu la luminosité de la pièce, nous avons eu trop chaud. Il faudrait peut-être prévoir d'en poser car le réchauffement climatique est là et cela ne va pas s'arranger au fil du temps malheureusement. Le frigo était un congélateur au niveau du bac à légumes. Tout ce que nous avons acheté était congelé ce qui n'était pas le cas dans l'autre villa.

Encore un séjour parfait !

Cette villa est tellement agréable que l'on oublierait presque d'aller profiter des environs immédiats ! La proximité des petites plages et criques de Kerhostin est un réel avantage pour profiter de ces endroits peu fréquentés. Nous avons également profité de la Côte Sauvage et du centre de voile de Saint Pierre Quiberon qui est également proche et son équipe très amicale ! Nous reviendrons c'est une certitude et quel bonheur toujours de pouvoir venir avec notre chien qui est toujours le bienvenu. Rien !

Un emplacement idéal à 100 m de la plage coté « calme » de l’île par opposition à la côte dite « sauvage » située sur l'autre rive et rabattue par les vents au bonheur des surfeurs . Vacances en famille au centre de cette région touristique au décors merveilleux , sans oublier les plaisirs de la table La villa est très lumineuse ,bien équipée et de déco moderne 4 petites suites composées de : chambre ,salle de bain,wc et dressing ensuite les parties communes sans oublier la terrasse et la pelouse pour notre chien . Tout cela dans une parcelle close a l’abri des regards Comme je le disais, l’idéal pour les vacances en famille et en plus la météo a été de notre côté On y retournera sûrement A vrai dire j’y ai trouvé tout ce dont j’avais besoin et je ne vois franchement pas ce qui aurait dû être amélioré ou manquant Date de séjour : 19/09 au 26/09
