The stone house is located 200 m from a long sandy beach at Pointe de la Torche. It sits right in the middle of the dunes and access to the beach is via the dunes.
A wild, unspoilt site, with a long sandy beach, footpaths and mountain bike trails.
A calm environment, lulled by the sound of the waves.
The Torche site is world-famous for its surfing.
Many surfers, kite surfers, paddle surfers and windsurfers can be found here.
In the surrounding area; the ports of Guilvinec and Loctudy, Pont Aven, the city of painters, Quimper and its cathedral; the Glénan islands; the Pointe du Raz, boat trips on the Odet and Glénan, Locronan, a beautiful village full of character; further afield the Océanopolis in Brest.
On the ground floor: main room with open-plan kitchen, dining room, sofa, coffee table, fireplace, veranda overlooking the dune on the sea side with sofa and armchair. Bathroom with shower and WC.

Romantische authentische Steinhäuser

Das ist von aussen toll, von innen hat es seinen Preis: etwas dunkel einige Fenster nicht zu öffnen, daher stickig auf dem Dachboden. Steile Treppen, größere Menschen stoßen sich leicht den Kopf. Toll: Unmengen Steckdosen und nicht gedrosselte Heizkörper. Jede Menge internationale (auch deutsche) Programme. Garten schön für Hunde, allerdings können kleinere Exemplare gut durch den Jägerzaun abhauen. Schöne Lage am Ende der Welt. Alĺen unseren Wünschen wurde sofort entsprochen (Liegen, Sonnenschirm, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine). Besonders Deutsche wissen dieses Idyll offensichtlich zu schätzen.

Traumlage

Wenige hundert Meter über einen Sandpfad und die Düne vom Strand entfernt, war dieses charmante Fischerhaus mit schönen ursprünglichen Details für uns ein herrlicher Ort für einen entspannenden naturnahen (Surf-)Urlaub. Die einzigen Geräusche sind das Meer und die zahlreichen Vogelarten. Das Haus selbst bietet hinsichtlich seiner Ausstattung und Einrichtung alles (inklusive einer umfassend ausgestatteten Küche, die uns nichts vermissen ließ) – ehrlicherweise haben wir allerdings fast die gesamte Zeit im Freien genossen! Unser Kontakt mit Christelle war sehr angenehm, sympathisch und zuverlässig; im Haus selbst liegt ein übersichtlicher Folder mit Hinweisen und Tipps bereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Un site remarquable, une maison accueillante et chaleureuse au milieu de la lande et à 200 m des dunes, une plage de sable immense (presque) pour nous seuls, un coin de Bretagne authentique, proche de St Guénolé et du Guilvinec...bref...que du bonheur!

Une parenthèse idéale et dépaysante

Le gîte est très accueillant, propre, bien meublé, la cuisine est pratique et les ustensiles sont nombreux et complets. La localisation est idéale même pour ceux qui ne font pas de surf : entre mer et terre, pas de bruits de voiture, les odeurs de la nature, les oiseaux, les petits lapins dans les dunes, des couchers de soleil somptueux sur la plage, le bruit des vagues que l'on entend parfois du gîte. En famille, nous sommes tous revenus ravis : body bord, marche (GR 34), de jolies chapelles, des champs de tulipes en mars et avril, et d'excellentes asperges ! nous avons testé le restaurant de la pointe de la Torche, dont la spécialité est "les moules à la sauce safran", c'était délicieux. Le propriétaire du gîte s'est montré à l'écoute et son itinéraire était précis. Nous recommandons cette location et envisageons d'y revenir ! Enfin un grand merci au propriétaire d'avoir accepté que l'on emmène notre chat !
