This charming one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with spectacular mountain views is the perfect space for your next mountain getaway! Shred the slopes, or hike endless trails with ski-in/ski-out access to the Granby Ranch Ski area. Gather in the fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious dining table for entertaining. After an adventurous day in the mountains, turn on the fireplace and cozy up with a movie on plush couches to watch any movie or series you like on the 29-inch flatscreen TV. Or, soak away the day in the private hot tub available on site. Rest your head in the main bedroom with a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom. Watch TV on the 32-inch flatscreen TV or use the free WiFi available to update your social media with panoramic photos and selfies. One of the sofas pulls out into a queen sofa bed. (Not recommended for adults). Mountainside offers an outdoor heated pool (summer), free WiFi, coin-operated laundry, gas grills (summer), tennis courts (summer), and a basketball court (summer). Mountainside is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all the recreational activities in our area. Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30-minute drive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). - hot tub didn't work 1st night - fireplace blower didn’t work and made the main room very cold - Vacasa took 2 days to respond with a mechanic and still wasn’t able to fix the issue even though I told them the blower was done

Perfect for a Girls Getaway

We loved our stay. The condo was just as described. It was stocked with everything we needed and had a beautiful view. We also loved the hot tub! Will definitely stay here again.

Managment Company is the downfall

Stayed here for spring break. Knew the place had a mix of reviews and were ok with that. Figured most of our time would be spent skiing. Booked this because of the hot tub. Checked and the hot tub was working, looked clean, water level looked low. By next day (no one was in it the first night) the water level was so low it shut the tub down. Text Vacasa the managment company and they got back to me fairly quickly that someone would be out soon. We could not fill it up ourselves because the valve with the hose has a lock on it. So it was using a small pitcher and making many trips. No one showed the second day, text again, told they would get to it immediately. No one showed the third day, text again told same thing. Finally after requesting money back for a room without a hot tub they showed up the 4th day late in the afternoon. By then the hot tub would not hot enough to use at all. Left the morning of the 5th day. Property itself was nice, a bit dated but that's fine. Was able to walk out to a lift which made it really nice. Only complaint is the slow service for the hot tub. Just needed water. Not a fan of the management company Vacasa.

Left early due to condition of property

My family arrived anticipating a great winter vacation only to open the door of our rental to the sound of constant chirping of a smoke detector with a low battery. I had to climb up on a chair to remove the detector from the ceiling. Other issues encountered included two burners on stove not working, an empty tissue box in bathroom, burned out light bulbs, an inoperable thermostat that controlled the fireplace, and outdated/poor condition of pillows, mattress, coffee cups, skillets/pans and thermostats. Some of these issues may seem trivial but when someone pays $2,200 for four nights, one tends to have high expectations. My family left a day early due to the overall condition of the property.
