The Mountain Retreat
This beautiful mountain retreat features a shared hot tub, community pool, and more! Enjoy the incredible views from the large windows throughout the condo or from the private balcony off the great room. Relax by the fireplace after an exciting day, or prepare home cooked meals in the full kitchen. This bright and spacious condo is perfect for couples or families!
This west facing unit has 900+ square feet and has the perfect mountain sunset view. There is ample sleeping space, a queen size bed in the master, a queen over queen bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo is able to sleep 7 guests. This unit is kid friendly with a pack-n-play, high chair and additional kid amenities available.
The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, full-sized oven with four burners and a refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked- including but not limited to: pots, pans, bakeware, knives, glass food storage, pizza cutter, box grader, bar ware, pot holders, coffee maker, and a wine opener.

Located right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. You are immersed in the mountains in nature's playground at Granby Ranch.
Spend your time exploring Granby Ranch or you are just 23 minutes from Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Winter Park. Spend your time exploring the great outdoors at Granby Ranch by hiking, cycling, golfing, and fishing in the summer, or skiing and other winter sports in the winter. Regardless of the time of year, Granby Ranch has a little something for everyone.

Winter Adventures
This condo is slope-side to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort. The skiing access is all around you! Granby Ranch Base is a 3 minute drive or as the snow allows a 3 minute walk or ski to access the kicking horse run and lift.
The Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort is a short 23 minute drive away. In addition to skiing Grand County has a jam-packed list of other winter activities that include the Fraser Tubing Hill (10 minutes), snowmobiling, snow shoeing, cross country skiing (Granby Ranch Trails, Snow Mountain Ranch) and more! All activities are within minutes of this unit.

Summer Adventures
You're 10 minutes away from Lake Granby where you can paddle-board, sail, powerboat, kayak, fish, enjoy a day on the “beach”... you name it. Golf is one of our family's favorite activities in Grand County. The Granby Ranch Golf Course is minutes away, Pole Creek is a Colorado Golf Classic is just up the road in Tabernash, CO or drive up to The Grand Lake Golf course where majestic mountain views meet Colorado native golf. The Colorado River runs through Granby and it's arguably the fly fishing capital of the world. Rocky Mountain National Park is 23 minutes away with amazing hikes, waterfalls and wildlife viewing. Horseback riding is also an option at the Sombrero Ranches located at the Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA. Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain Lake are other options with boat rentals, water activities and swimming beaches.

In all seasons Hot Sulfur Springs is a quick 22 minute drive where you can soak and relax in the natural beauty of the rocky mountains.

Guest booking must be 23 years or older.

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire condo, the-on site kicking horse community hot tubs, picnic tables and grills. The Ranch hall pool and hot tub is available for a nominal daily fee and is located at the base of the Granby Ranch Resort.
Access to the Kicking Horse lift is a 2 minute walk/ski from the front door.

Pets
Pets are NOT allowed in our unit.
It is against our HOA policy
Renters will incur a $150/per day fine AND any additional cleaning fees, pet waste removal, or repairs due to damage incurred during the renters stay.

Cleaning Staff
We want you to know that our cleaning staff is a certified cleaning service. Additionally they are disinfecting high touch surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote, etc.) before you check in.

Great stay!

Took two of our older kids ski'ing for first time and our third more experienced 14 year old. Had a great time, condo was a good fit for us for this time around. Kids are getting bigger, so we'll probably need more adult sleep space next time. But loved it!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. I think it would be handy to have one print out of your policies on hand at the condo…going back to look for the exact email seemed to be a pain. (We had over 20 emails from VRBO once we got there, and I’m not super techie and the service was in and out.) One night the hot tub was down to 74, so it wasn’t able to be used and the kids were bummed. We had noisy neighbors, but our host did everything she could to try to help. We enjoyed the location, but it should probably be stated that unless you can do a blue- it’s not a ski-in and ski-out. Thankfully, we could and it worked. The table and barstools were both somewhat oversized, so it was hard to get through the room while playing games. Beds were comfy and the home was well stocked. We would stay at the home again. Thank you!

The views from the apartment were great,. Very quit, clean and accommodating. Stephanie was a wonderful host. She always made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Great communication.

We are a majority women owned and ran business. We are Colorado natives who love to come to the mountains to enjoy all of the activities they have to offer. Our love for Grand County starts back in the 70's when my mom and dad would come ski Winter Park. Our family has grown up coming to ski, tube, golf, boat and more up here. This space is where we gather and relax with our families. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
