Great Space, But Outdated

This space in this condo was great. There were three separate beds, and decent sized kitchen/dining and living areas. We were wary of an in-room hot tub, but it turned out great. The only issue was that the condo is in great need of an update/make-over. Everything was clean and we were comfortable during our stay, but it is far past time for this condo to be renovated. It is not "cool and retro" but rather "old and falling apart".

Great place for a family getaway

Really clean place. Great location not too far from winter park, Walden, and many more great outdoor thing to do here. Right next to the slopes for the skiers and snowboarders. For the price it’s a really great find

December 2017 Stay

I have one word for management and owners Mountainside of Unit 49-MODERNIZE! This unit looks like it has not been touched since 1985. Wallpaper peeling off wall in several places, baseboards coming away from walls, cracks in the roof and walls, plumbing so old it took maintenance 4 hours of work just to make it usable, and still had problems. Fireplace that leaked natural gas had to be repaired as well. Luke(in Maintenance) was a singular asset as he was able to patch up the things so that actually stay in this unit. He was able patch fix the stairs that had 2 broken risers that made it a hazard to climb. Advertised as a ski in/ski out, but had to walk over 200 yds to reach the in/out point. Advertised to sleep 8, with 1 bedroom, and this room did not have a door, only sliding pocket doors which are so broken that they won't close all the way leading to no privacy. Strongly recommend a king bed for main BR.
