The MASTER HOUSE is located in the "Poggio alla Cavalla" farmhouse in Lamporecchio (Pistoia) in the heart of Tuscany, near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace.

Thanks to the privileged geographical position of the farmhouse it is possible to make daily excursions to tourist, cultural centers and art cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and the sands. the beach of Versilia.

POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA FARMHOUSE is surrounded by a garden where there is a swimming pool, a large panoramic terrace and private parking.

MASTER HOUSE (120 m2 - 1 bedroom with double bed and single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room) can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

The MASTER HOUSE is on the ground floor, has an independent entrance and is surrounded by a garden with swimming pool, panoramic terrace and private parking space. Equipped with: air conditioning, TV, free WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and private outdoor area with barbecue.

The interior is composed of:
A large equipped kitchen, gas stove, sink, electric oven and microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen furniture, crockery for 12 people. Cooking utensils
Living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV and living room cabinet for TV and shelf for laptop.
Two bedrooms with double bed + single bed, one of them with terrace and pool view
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

The Master House has a communal garden and a private area with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.

A personal parking space in the private courtyard of the farmhouse is also available to guests.

THE POOL, reserved for guests of the accommodation facilities (12x6 m - open from 28/04 to 06/10), with its panoramic terrace that extends around the pool, is equipped with a shower as well as sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas and tables.

Shops - Less than 3 km away you will find supermarkets and shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, medical service, pizzerias, restaurants, etc. etc.

MASTER HOUSE - The price is for 5 people, for each additional person the supplement is €10.00 per day. It can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany

Lovely location in the heart of Tuscany within easy driving and train of Florence and Pisa and many other beautiful cities. The farmhouse was specious and had all the amenities. The pool area was clean and relaxed. Great location and Massimo was always happy to help

US Citizens here. From the Midwest, mind you. So our culture plays into my review.I'm not saying that this place is awful. In fact, it could easily be a 5 star review. But, there were enough things that brought this place down. Primarily the host.You need to understand, especially, if you're from the Midwest of the US, that the host, Massimo, comes across as a total bully. He comes across as VERY upset on small things, but honestly I think it's a communication challenge vs him being truly mean. For example, I was trying to ask if the place had salt and pepper. He lost his mind. "NO SALE!!!" But then he eventually brought us some salt and pepper. So, like I said, it's more like a commutation problem vs him being the bully he comes across as.Next, it was HOT in the MASTER HOUSE. We bought a fan. (Keep it, Massimo.) But that didn't even do. My (grown) kids pulled their mattresses downstairs and slept on the main level floor. 1 role of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. Told us to buy more at the grocery store because in Italy, "only apartment." I bought a new cutting board. (Keep that too, Massimo.) The dishes were dirty.Lastly, you need to understand that the pictures and site implies that you're staying in a place you have all to yourself. You don't. Not even close. That's not a huge problem, but expect to share everything.Massimo, you're so close to having a 5 star place and making twice the money. But can you listen to feedback? I don't know.
