Look no further than this polished townhome for your next mountain escape, where you'll enjoy gorgeous views of Vasquez Creek and a lovely location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. You'll even be right on the free shuttle for easy access to Winter Park Resort!

Upon entering the townhome, you'll be welcomed by bright, professionally chosen furnishings and views of the woods and the creek outside. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen that's suitable for your group’s most discerning chef, an adjacent dining area, and a living area with a cozy gas fireplace, a large flatscreen Smart TV, and access to one of the home's three patios. A convenient half-bath and a coat closet are also on the main floor.

There are three bedrooms to choose from each evening. On the uppermost floor is a full-level primary suite with an adjustable king-size bed, a large Smart TV, a sitting area, and a primary bathroom with a standing shower. One floor down from the main level, you'll find a second primary suite with an adjustable king-size bed, a private patio that's within earshot of the creek, a large Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed that's suited for an adult or two small children; this room is also a great space to retreat to with a cup of coffee and that book you’ve been meaning to catch up on. In addition to the bedrooms, each of the two living areas boasts a queen-size American Leather comfort sofa sleeper designed for both kids and adults.

The living room on the lowermost level is the perfect place to reconnect with family and friends on the comfortable sectional sofa, screen your favorite movie on Netflix, or wager a friendly bet on your favorite game at the card table. This level has a full-size washer/dryer as well as another bathroom with a stone shower. Walk out to the community picnic table to enjoy the beauty of Vasquez Creek, or stay inside to play a few tunes on the Smart speakers throughout the house.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

dog friendly luxurious property 
Everything about #5 was great, from the moment we opened the front door we felt at home and comfortable, the property was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything from tongs to herbs. They had even supplied poop bags for the puppy guest who was with us. My only concern was outside the front door the walk way had not been shoveled, and it was sheet ice, which made it a little difficult to get in and out. I am sure that is the responsibility of the complex, so in no way should be reflective of the property owner, who clearly put a lot of effort into setting up this home to be a real home away from home.

Property had plenty of space for our families. 3-1/2 bathrooms was great to have. Two large bedrooms and one smaller with bunk beds worked well for us. The rest of the “beds” are hide-a-beds in common living space.

Great location and place
This condo ended up being nicer than the pictures showed on the listing (looked very nice on the listing). There is a ton of space and it’s very comfortable. You can’t beat the location either! The shuttle stop is a short walk down the street. Be aware, there are a ton a steps in this condo and you have to go up or down stairs to get to any of the bedrooms.

The perfect layout
Everything was great… Plenty of towels and space. The layout was perfect. Kids playing downstairs in the basement area, the master bedroom has a walkout patio and there’s almost a private apartment upstairs. Couldn't have been a better time for Christmas, it even snowed 8 inches. Oh yes, and the dog was welcome this year!!
