Family vaca in Winter Park
This condo was just perfect for our family of 6. We have 2 older kids and 2 younger kids and the space was great here so everyone had their own spot. More than enough beds and bedding for more than 6 people. Kitchen was VERY well equipped - we ate in most nights. Plenty of soap, dish soap, laundry soap, baggies, foil, coffee filters. We did opt to buy some higher quality paper towel- you may also consider getting better toilet paper- Although it wasn’t awful. I feel improvements have been made since a previous review. Plenty of towels and blankets. Heated floors and hot tub a definite plus! Transportation- We opted to shuttle from DIA and not rent a car. The bus system here- lift rider - isn’t as simple as some make it out to be. The app often wasn’t in real time and it’s really hard to know the schedule and what color line goes where. We called dispatch the night before our first day of skiing to get an estimate. The bus stop to go to winter park is a short walk up the hill- so that was no big deal. We did have to cancel one dinner reservation one night because we couldn’t get transportation into town. There is Uber - but I think it’s literally one driver so do not count on this. Ask a lot of questions of the drivers and call dispatch for more information. Otherwise it was fine not to have a car. We did Instacart for groceries and this was perfect. Just plan on it being a few hours after you order. No alcohol can be delivered. We got a ride into town for that and Uber back.

This property was listed as having a dream kitchen and fireplace and WiFi in addition to other amenities. When we arrived the neighbors were rude. The guy next door has two dogs. He is very unfriendly and allows his big dogs to go to the bathroom in the front of this unit and refused to pick it up. His dog’s waste remained in the front yard when we left. The fireplace is completely not working. No instructions were provided. I reported it immediately and was told the person assigned to our unit was unavailable. So we received ZERO help with the fireplace. We think it’s non operational because I happened to check the listing on Expedia the night before we checked in and there is a notice on the listing that it is unavailable due to technical problems. Obviously they knew about this before we checked in and did not inform us. Then we were ignored while we stayed at the property. There is no reliable WIFI due to an old router. We were unable to stream on any TV and none of us had access to reliable internet for our devices while we stayed there. The kitchen is small

Winter Park
The location is great! The shuttle stop is about a 5-7 min walk (longer bc of all our ski equipment) and then about a 15 min shuttle ride to the slopes. The shuttle comes every 20-25 min so need to time it correctly. The house was clean and well stocked with dishes. Great size for 6-8 adults. I was however very disappointed that the grill was covered and buried in snow and when I reached out to Vacasa to please shovel the back deck so we could use the grill they said it was our responsibility to do so even though it had no been shoveled in days. We also had trouble getting in the garage as there were piles of snow and ice making it very difficult. When I asked Vacasa to shovel and break up the ice they stated that was our responsibility. I feel that shoveling part of maintaining the property and was applaud that this was not done. I would recommend this home for the great location but I am very disappointed in Vacasa and the customer service and do not feel the price reflected the service we received.

Very old and outdated house
Shower heads were broken, master bathroom bottom corner has cracks and molding! Carpets are not clean at all, grange had so much dirt that we didn’t use it, I come to winter park every 4th of July and normally use another agency to rent a place, unfortunately this year they were all booked and I had to use Vacasa to rent a place, we won’t use them again!
