It is composed of a nice living room of 27 m², an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 27 m², air-conditioned, facing south with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine...
- An air-conditioned bedroom, with a Provencal atmosphere, with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A private swimming pool of 4.40 m x 2.20 m x 1.30 m, with counter-current swimming, not heated, open from April to October. It is secured by a manual shutter. Opening dates not contractual.
- A vast 27 m² terrace with a sofa corner and recliners

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine.

The flat is ideally located in Bandol, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, in a small residence of character. You will be only 50 metres from the beach and 10 minutes from the town centre and the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed garage reserved for the accommodation, which can accommodate one vehicle. Garage size: 5.00 x 2.60 x 2.10 m

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Train station 20 minutes walk away. TGV to Marseille and Toulon. TER trains serve the surrounding villages: St Cyr, La Ciotat, Cassis, Sanary...
- Bus lines connect with the neighbouring villages, a stop is about 50 metres away.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
