This bright and tastefully decorated 80 m² flat on the third floor (no lift) is located in a residence. Crossing (north-south) and without any vis-à-vis, it is composed of :
- a pleasant living room with a sofa bed (140 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed (180cm) and a single bed (90cm),
- a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) which can be joined to make a double bed (180 cm),
- a bathroom with shower and separate WC,
- well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, fan, radiators, clothes hangers, TV, WIFI,
- a private parking space in the secure residence,
- a pétanque court in the residence.

The property is close to a railroad line.

## Neighborhood

The location of this holiday rental is a real asset. You can walk to the beach at Grand Vallet in 11 minutes and swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean or stroll along the seafront promenade. In addition, the port of Bandol, with its shops, restaurants and lively atmosphere, is just a 10-minute drive away. You can easily discover the delicious Provençal cuisine and taste the local wines in the picturesque restaurants of the port. Other iconic French Riviera destinations such as the city of Toulon (15 minutes by car) or the Cadière d'Azur (15 minutes by car) and Le Castellet (18 minutes by car).

Bandol train station → 8 minutes by car, 24 minutes by public transport and 33 minutes on foot.
Marseille-Provence airport → 55 minutes by car.
