Two blocks from the lake, wifi, central A/c, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, play room, smart TV in each room, fire pit, front and back deck,perfect for large families or a friends getaway. The house has 4 bathrooms with showers, large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. .Hangout spot along with Game room, table soccer and air hokey. Big outdoor deck 20X20 at the back yard and 18X5 front yard deck. TV in each room and Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet. Each TV connected to internet to Stream Netflix and other application. Full kitchen with with 2 sinks and 2 refrigerators for your comfort. Multi car parking spaces in driveway. 5 min walk to the lake and nearest lake beach. Outdoor Community pool for adult and kids. Additional registration fee apply; $6/person per day age 6 & up. Vehicle Gate Card $20 per vehicle. Administration fee is $35 per stay. The fees will be charged prior to arrival. According to Association rules Guest info must be provided to the host not less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the access will be denied in the case of non compliance. Pets friendly, fee applies. Each pet is 100.00 dollars per stay.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

We booked this house because it was large enough to handle all our family members and also the kitchen was very nice sized. It was very nice having two refrigerators and a large kitchen with two sinks. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and nice walks through the neighborhood. Arthur, the host was very responsive and quick with details and information. There are different fees for the facilities because it’s a type of community. There are quite a few in the Poconos. Just an FYI if you plan on using the grill, make sure you check the propane tanks because all five were empty and we had to go get one filled, and it was our next to last day. Arthur is a very wonderful host.

Excellent family vacation home

The property was as described and looked identical to the photos. The photos don’t do justice to how large the space is inside! We had 6 adults and 2 children with us and we still had bedrooms to spare. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dining ware. We had a few chilly nights and made use of the hot tub. The home was a little too far of a walk with the beach gear and kids in tow, but there was ample parking across from the closest beach. The pools were nice as well. The owner was available and communicative throughout the rental process. The community fees for the amenities and gate access are fully disclosed in the listing, but can really add up, so be mindful of this when calculating the full cost to book.Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Perfect getaway for girlfriends “of a certain age”

The house was perfect for my group composed of women between 45 to 54. The living and dining rooms are spacious. The kitchen is so well stocked that not person said “oh I wish they had XYZ”. The back patio, grill and hot tub were wonderful for after hiking relaxation,cocktails and dinner. Beds were AMAZING! So many of us have aches and pains but morning conversations consisted of “oh, my shoulder/back/hip doesn’t hurt this morning”. We all wrote down the brand to search them out for ourselves. Art was very easy to work with and responsive to the most mundane questions I asked! This is a wonderful and comfortable home (one of the only ones with central A/C I considered). Highly recommended.

Family Weekend Getaway!

Property is huge! 2nd refrigerator is a plus! Lots of space for the kids to explore! Checking in was easy since Arthur made arrangements ahead of time. Thankful for spending quality time with family!
