Good holiday

Would benefit from WiFi and other small features like mirrors in bedrooms, shelf in shower for shampoos etc. Property and secure garden excellent if you have dogs, close to the beach and safe dog walks.

Très belle maison bien équipée avec un grand jardin entièrement clos. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. Notre hôte Bastien est super accueillant et très sympathique.

Parfait

La première impression est une maison très lumineuse et propre. À l’usage, rien à redire. Super bien équipée, elle est spacieuse et confortable. La cuisine et la sdd sont neuves. La proximité avec la route n’est pas du tout un problème. Le grand jardin (il y a un autre espace très calme à l’arrière) est entièrement clos (rassurant lorsque l’on voyage avec un chien). Il permet aussi d’y garer la voiture, faire une pétanque, prendre le soleil en toute tranquillité…. La maison est à 1,5 km de la Cotinière et de ses commerces. La plage est à 200 m environ. La piste cyclable passe devant la maison…. Mention spéciale pour Romain qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et donné plein de conseils. Merci infiniment.

attention à la literie

Nous avons raccourcit notre séjour sans aucun geste financier de la part du propriétaire tellement la literie est mauvaise, avec séances d'osteo obligatoire! Si vous voulez des verres ballons pensez à en emmener.

pas mal un peu surcoté

maison sympathique MAIS manque cruel de propreté moisissures sur le mur de la chambre enfant. douche pleine de moisissures et calcaire avec portes sorties de leurs rails du coups à peine arrivé il faut nettoyer. canapé tout sauf confortable store banne hs et les bras gêne les volets. le portail devait être sécurisé il a juste un boudin que tout le monde peut ouvrir nous avons aussi eu un soucis avec des voisins en location aussi qui traverse le jardin pour aller plus vite à la plage! problème résolu par moi même après que le propriétaire nous ai confirmé qu'il n'y avait pas de droit de passage. bordure pas tailler et haie aussi. en bref pas une mauvaise maison elle est bien située mais a besoin de quelque petits travaux d'entretien et renouveler certains mobilier. pour moi je l'ai trouvé 150 a 200 euros trop chère .

Super maison au centre de l'île

Très belle petite maison propre et fonctionnelle. Bien située, proche de la plage et du port animé de la Cotinière. Centrée sur l'île ce qui permet de pouvoir tout faire à vélo. Merci encore pour cette belle semaine de vacances. Petit bémol, la litterie pourrait être renouvelée et il nous manquait un oreiller.

Où est Charly?

Personne à l’arrivée, clés sur la table de la maison, et personne lorsque nous sommes partis. Odeur d’humidité assez importante, malgré que les portes et fenêtres étaient ouverts ! Literie adulte très moyenne, canapé du salon hors d’usage. Le reste est correct, le jardin peu entretenu. La route côtière est à 10 mètres, un peu bruyante le jour. Pas de transat… store ban HS! Le centre ville de la cotinière est à 2kms à pied, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin, la plage de Matha, très agréable à 1km.Si vous croisez le propriétaire, saluez le de notre part, il n’a pris aucune nouvelle, n’y répondu à notre dernier message… Nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour.

Déception

dès l'arrivée la première vue des extérieurs laisse présagée des désagréments pour la suite . Effectivement en ouvrant la porte odeur de renfermé mélangée à celles d'animaux (chien ou chat). La poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée , celle de la cuisine avec des papiers dedans .Dans les chambres les protèges matelas dans un état de saleté , que nous sommes allés en acheter . Si non ce gite est bien situé et dans l'ensemble bien équipé ,manque juste un peu d'entretien et d'hygiène .

Paisible

Petite maison paisible. Nous avons passé un excellent court séjour. La maison est bien placée, non loin du joli petit port de la Cotiniere. Bon relationnel avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette charmante location aux amateurs de calme et à tous les autres en quête de découverte de l'île.
