The bedroom counts with a small balcony to the backyard, while the living room counts with another small balcony facing the street. The apartment is 150m from the bus stop. Groceries and restaurants can be found at the end of the street. Distance to old town/university: 10 mins by tram or 25 min walk. Bern (bus/tram) tickets are provided.
Please note the unit is on the first floor of a building with no elevator. (Note: the apartment is on the first floor from the yard side, but second floor from the street side). Guests can use a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer during their stay at no extra charge.
