Come discover this charming, fully renovated apartment in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Kaysersberg.
It is located in the heart of the old town, on the high street. Parking is less than 100 metres away, and local shops are less than 500 metres away (post office, bakery, tobacco shop, supermarket, butcher shop, etc.)
You’ll be staying in a 5-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the house.
The apartment:
It features an entryway, a living/dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and 1 toilet.
The living/dining area faces due south. The floors are hardwood, and the walls are plastered and painted.
In this room, you’ll find: a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, a TV stand, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and books.
You can enjoy free Wi-Fi at your leisure.
Accessible from the living room, a south-facing balcony with a beautiful view of Kaysersberg and its high street is perfect for relaxing. It is furnished with 1 table and 2 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, toaster, standard coffee maker + Nespresso machine, glass-ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, food processor, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils, etc.) along with a dining table and 6 chairs.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The first bedroom features a large double bed (160x200), two nightstands, an easel, and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a double bed (140x200), two nightstands with lamps, and a closet.
The third bedroom has two single beds, two nightstands with lamps, and a closet.
Each bed is equipped with a bedspread, two pillows, and a comforter.
The bathroom includes a vanity with a sink and storage, a mirror, and a shower.
The toilet is separate.
The beds will be made upon your arrival. Bath towels and hand towels will be provided on site.
A final cleaning will be performed upon your departure.
