Casa di Amici is a beautifully appointed historic Victorian estate that has been lovingly restored & features 4,200 sq. ft of living space that can host up to 24 guests. 8-bedrooms, 4-bathrooms, living room, dining room, family room, chef's kitchen, outdoor oasis with in-ground 600 sq ft pool, 6-person hot tub with wrap around covered front porch!

The home is updated with all the modern amenities, including a large open kitchen with two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, two large living areas with fireplaces for cool nights, and eight spacious bedrooms for the entire clan. The master bedroom is a spectacular space equipped with a gas fireplace, skylight, and spa master bathroom with a steam shower. 

Resort-style Backyard Oasis

Casa di Amici features a resort-style outdoor oasis. The star of the show is the in-ground heated pool with waterfall, hot tub for up to six people, dining and lounge areas, and two outdoor showers. It is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art BBQ and outdoor prep area, fire pit, custom bar, poolside flat screen TV, magical Edison lighting for those starlit summer nights, and stocked “love shack” with all beach accessories you will need during your stay, including: outdoor refrigerator, microwave, beach towels, pool floats, beach carts, beach chairs, umbrella's, and beach bags to carry all your stuff! 
 
Prime Location with Beach Access, Local Eats, Activities & More! 

The home is located just three blocks from the beach (5 min walk) and the main Wildwood boardwalk and is in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores (Wawa), and drugstores (CVS, Walgreens, etc.). 
  
The beaches are FREE in Wildwood. There is so much to do, like visiting the Wildwood boardwalk, head over to the Amusement parks (Adventure Pier) and waterparks (Splash Zone, Ocean Oasis), the Seaport Aquarium, Surfside Pier, and Morey's Pier and Beachfront Park. 
 
Cape May is only a 10-minute drive if you choose to get away for the day! You can visit Cold Spring Village, WWII Lookout Tower, Cape May Lighthouse, Cape May Point State Park, and Cape May County Park and Zoo. 
 
And if that's not enough, there are tons of activities offshore like Silver Bullet Tours, Ocean Wave runners, Canal Side Boat rental, Pier 47 Marina, Atlantic Divers, and Sea Gear. Not to mention the Atlantic City International Airport is just 41 miles away.

The Layout: 4,200 square foot home with three-levels, 8-bedrooms / 4-full bathrooms. 
 
1st floor (2-Living rooms, dining room, kitchen, 2-bedroom suites, 2-full bathrooms 
 
Cozy Living Room: as you enter Casa di Amici, the living room is the beginning of your journey. It features a working gas fireplace, 48" flat-screen TV, and cozy seating area with French doors to the backyard oasis. 

Large Family Room: includes a floor-to-ceiling stone, non-working fireplace, 60" flat-screen TV, heated terra cotta floors, bar area equipped with glassware, 3-in-1 game table (pool, ping-pong and air hockey), and plenty of games and books to entertain every member of your crew.

Elegant Dining Room: comfortable seating for 12 people around our 8' dining table complete with wine bar and antique sideboard furnished with serving platters. The dining room effortlessly flows to the Living Room and Kitchen. 

Chef's Kitchen: the heart of the home is outfitted with a center island featuring an electric cook-top, two ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers, a massive professional-grade refrigerator, café seating that seats six people, and a butler's pantry. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee bar, open shelving, dishware, glassware, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, and your basic seasoning needs. The kitchen overlooks the large family room so the chef of the family can be part of the memories made over a game of pool. 

The Mermaid's Chair Suite (sleeps up to four): private bedroom located off the Living room styled with a Queen Bed, comfy daybed with twin mattress and pull-out trundle with an additional twin bed, and an en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Grace Bay Suite (sleeps up to five): perfect for families or framilies with a queen bed and full-over-full bunk bed with trundle and an en suite bathroom with a full-size bathtub and large single vanity. This suite is located off the family room and the full-size bathroom is shared with the main house. 

2nd floor: 3-bedroom suites + sleep-in living room, 2-full bathrooms, and laundry room

The Honeymoon Bay Suite (sleeps up to four): a massive two-room dream master bedroom styled with a living room with a Queen bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, skylight, and desk area for your "workcation." A decorative sliding barn door separates the living room from a large bedroom with a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a full spa bathroom en suite with double vanities, steam shower that connects to a walk-in shower with rain shower. 

The Diamond Beach Suite (sleeps up to two): features a Queen size bed, work station with an antique desk in case you are doing a "workcation" or writing the next big novel, flat-screen TV plus this room has an en suite play area/bedroom (The Poodle Beach Suite) that connects through a lockable door. 
The Poodle Beach Suite (sleeps one adult / two littles): multi-purpose room acts as both play area, hang out, and bedroom for the kids! Including a comfortable twin daybed with child gate by the stairs to keep the kids occupied while you take a siesta. 

The Tigertail Beach Suite (sleeps up to five): this dedicated kids room (or kid-like adults) comes with two bunk beds; a full-over-full bunk and a twin-over-twin with trundle. It also features two bean bag chairs and a game table. 
Full Bathroom: a large walk-in shower with single vanity that is shared by guests staying in the four upper level bedrooms. If this bathroom is occupied, steal some “you” time in the Master suite bathroom or the two first-floor bathrooms.

Laundry Room: features a washer, dryer, and laundry baskets.   

3rd Floor aka The Tower – (1-bedroom suite)

The Maratea Suite (sleeps up to two): inspired by the beaches of Maratea, Italy, this romantic bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and hammock hanging chair. This private suite is the only room located on the 3rd level of Casa di Amici and has some of the best views in the house.
