Firepit area with enough chairs for all the guest. Host provides firewood

There is a fenced in area off the back deck for our four legged friends

This rental comes with a basic stocked kitchen including pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, bowls, plates, drinking cups, coffee cups, drip coffee pot, cooking utensils, salt and pepper, dish soap, 1-2 rolls of paper towels.

BATHROOMS
This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. **

CABLE & TVs
Host provides basic cable package on all TVs throughout + TVs have ability for streaming services. ** Please note streaming is BYOL (bring your own login) to watch.

This property has central heat and A/C throughout

OUTSIDE GAMES
Host provides cornhole boards and bags, can jam, and other games. Please note that some games may be damaged from previous guest and can't be 100% guaranteed

OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE
There is a brand new outside grill and brand new outside furniture Guest are responsible for any propane needed to be refilled. Two tanks left at property for refill.

KIDS/BOARD GAMES
Various kids games have been left please return all games to where you found them

BEACH CHAIRS & TAGS
Host leaves 10 beach chairs & 10 Avalon Beach tags (that can also be used for Stone Harbor beaches) for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them**
