Located directly on the sand, with a comfortable, West Coast Chic vibe, this 6BR house offers expansive views of the Delaware Bay from nearly every room! On the ground floor, you’ll find a dining area large enough for the whole family, an open kitchen with sliding doors out to the bay, and a gorgeous sun room with wall-to-wall windows, all with full water views in every direction. You’ll also find two queen bedrooms on the ground floor, sharing a full hall bath with a large jetted tub and glass enclosed shower. Outdoors, enjoy an expandable outdoor dining table that seats up to 20, a fully fenced in yard for kids and pets to play, a climbing dome, lounge chairs in the sand, adirondacks surrounding the gas fire pit, and direct gated access to the beach! At the top of the main stairs is a second full bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and a wide open view of the bay. To your left, is a large queen bedroom with dresser, sitting area, and another beautiful water view. To your right is an even larger bedroom with two queen beds, a desk area, couch, TV, and bayside balcony access. Remote work just got a little better with a full view of the water! Down the hall, you’ll find a bunkbed room that sleeps 8, with two double beds in each, beanbag chairs, and a TV, so you can put a movie on and let the kids hang out! At the far end of the hall, you’ll find the primary king suite with TV, sitting area, separate bathroom with stall shower, and sliding glass doors to the cozy furnished balcony overlooking the beach- our favorite place to watch the sunset! We provide beach chairs, sand toys, and other amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please review the Welcome Book for additional important information upon booking.
