Bayview Sands - Modern, Pet Friendly, 6 BR/3BA on the Water!

Located directly on the sand, with a comfortable, West Coast Chic vibe, this 6BR house offers expansive views of the Delaware Bay from nearly every room! On the ground floor, you’ll find a dining area large enough for the whole family, an open kitchen with sliding doors out to the bay, and a gorgeous sun room with wall-to-wall windows, all with full water views in every direction. You’ll also find two queen bedrooms on the ground floor, sharing a full hall bath with a large jetted tub and glass enclosed shower. Outdoors, enjoy an expandable outdoor dining table that seats up to 20, a fully fenced in yard for kids and pets to play, a climbing dome, lounge chairs in the sand, adirondacks surrounding the gas fire pit, and direct gated access to the beach! At the top of the main stairs is a second full bath with jetted tub, separate shower, and a wide open view of the bay. To your left, is a large queen bedroom with dresser, sitting area, and another beautiful water view. To your right is an even larger bedroom with two queen beds, a desk area, couch, TV, and bayside balcony access. Remote work just got a little better with a full view of the water! Down the hall, you’ll find a bunkbed room that sleeps 8, with two double beds in each, beanbag chairs, and a TV, so you can put a movie on and let the kids hang out! At the far end of the hall, you’ll find the primary king suite with TV, sitting area, separate bathroom with stall shower, and sliding glass doors to the cozy furnished balcony overlooking the beach- our favorite place to watch the sunset! We provide beach chairs, sand toys, and other amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please review the Welcome Book for additional important information upon booking. LINENS: Comforters and pillows remain in the home; Linen Ladies of Cape May (linenladies.com) delivers freshly washed duvet covers, sheets, and towels; choose the Whole House Package (linenladies.com/product/601-delaware-ave), select items á la cart, or you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer. LUXURY SERVICES: We are happy to recommend a local photographer, private chef, in-home massage therapist, yoga/pilates instructor or any other service that would make your stay special. We had a wonderful week at this beautiful beach house right on the bay in Villas, NJ! The house was spotless and clearly well cared for, and we especially appreciated how pet-friendly it was - our fur babies felt right at home too. From the peaceful bay views to the comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, it was the perfect spot for a family getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and truly relaxing home away from home!

Our family had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every minute of it. It was the perfect family getaway for four adults, an infant, and our dog.We loved the easy walk to the beach, enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunsets, and having a beautiful, comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. One of the things we especially appreciated was having enough space that you could spend time together as a family, but also disappear for a little while when you needed some quiet time and a break.The home was a perfect fit for our family and gave us everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 17. There are a lot of windows and the sunset views are beautiful! The beds were comfortable, but note that most of them are situated quite low to the ground (no box springs). Mattresses are placed on wooden platforms. The outdoor deck was lovely, but there was no type of cover to provide shade; although there is a metal frame situated over the outdoor table that indicates there could be some type of cover attached. The kitchen provides many dishes and a variety of pots and pans; however, no baking sheets, so you’ll need to provide your own. This was our first time staying on “the bay side” and it was very peaceful. The drive to the beach in Cape May is a 20 minute drive, but it’s an easy drive and it doesn’t feel like 20 minutes. There are multiple ice cream shops located close by and can be walked to and there is also a CVS and ACME super close. In closing, the house and area are very good and if you’re looking for a roomy house with space for a lot of people, this would be a good choice.

The view was beautiful, blessed with beautiful weather for a beaitiful sunset. The size of the house was perfect, loved that we all had our own space. Extra fridge/freezer in the garage was clutch. Crystal was a great host, very flexible and quick to answer any question I had.

Crystal was a terrific host! She was available the entire visit and she had staff who were also able to check in on us if need be. The house was clean and really spacious for our family! We enjoyed our stay very much, including long walks out on the beach and a family game night in in the terrific four seasons living room. We really loved the extra large dining table right off the kitchen. Perfect for family game night! Thank you so much Crystal for hosting us! We will be back!

Just Perfect

This a safe house for dogs and children with bay beach access, great location, and lots of room. We would definitely recommend it and want to go back. The owners have done an excellent job in every way.

Great Home

Perfect spot for a family celebration. This house has large rooms, there were 10 adults, 3 teenagers and some littles and we had plenty of space to spread out. Views from the deck couldn’t be beat and the beach was fantastic! I wish we had been able to stay longer.
