Located on the dunes of the Delaware Bay, this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is SHORE to help you unwind. The beach path begins right from the front yard. Enjoy morning coffee on the large covered deck easily accessible from the kitchen. Just steps from the secluded beach where dogs are welcomed all year long. Yes, we welcome dogs to our beach house! Enjoy walks near the bay collecting seashells, sea glass and watch the best sunsets on the east coast. Enjoy dinner outside while the breeze from the bay cools the summer nights. 1st floor: living room, dining room, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, toilet & sink and a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, coffee pot and Keurig. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms ( Queen, 2 twin & 2 bunk-beds) and 2 baths.
All you need to bring are your own bedding (sheets and blankets) and towels. Location of beach house is 8 miles north of historic Cape May, Wildwood Crest and the Wildwood Boardwalk.

Peak summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday from mid June until Labor Day. Check-in is 4:00 pm. Check-out is noon. Families and couples only. Sorry, no parties or proms.

Great Bayside Beach

The highlight of the house is the amazing sunsets over the bay. A very relaxing beach with limited waves which is good for little kids. Plenty of birds and other wildlife to watch. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Great House!

Very well appointed house. You could cook a gourmet meal easily with all the kitchen accoutrement. They thought of everything to make the house comfortable and guest friendly.

Our family had a wonderful stay! With a beautiful view of the bay and only steps from the beach, it is a perfect location for relaxation. The property was clean and neat as well as well-supplied with all the comforts of home. Lots of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Peaceful shore house

Our family stayed at this property for 5 days with our children, grandchild, and 2 dogs. The house is very well stocked, clean, and peaceful. The sunsets are spectacular. The path to the beach starts right outside the front door! The hosts generously provided bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, toys and beach umbrellas to use during our stay. Bringing our dogs along was priceless!

Amazing location

We were looking for a great spot near Cape May but quiet and away from crowds. This place was PERFECT for our needs! The bay is never out of sight and just steps away. The owner was super responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend and plan to return!

Perfect Get Away

We had a great time staying at this location for a week. The home was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed. The host was super responsive and checked in often. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed relaxing on the lower deck for morning coffee and the upper deck for the beautiful sunsets. The house is literally a few short steps to the bay which we found to be very clean and wide in comparison to some other bay properties we have stayed in the past. The drive to the ocean side (Wildwoods) is super easy. Wonderful stay and hope to be back sometime in the future!

Great house and view

Great house and location! The kids enjoyed walking the beach and helping the horseshoe crabs back to the water every morning. The view from the upper deck is beautiful. Close to resturants and shopping.

Perfect little getaway

Really great spot. So close to Cape May without the heavy price tag, but also a great little beach in the backyard. Relaxing and felt like home. The home was well equped with anything you could need from beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas, to kayaks ans bikes. Great local restaurants. Taco place on the corner was phenomenal.

We loved the location - close to Cape May and even the Wildwood boardwalk, but far enough away to be peaceful. The beach was quiet and great for walking. The house was very well stocked, organized and clean. We were thrilled we were able to bring our 12 year old dog with us. It was just what we were looking for - a relaxing time on the waterfront. Communication with the host was excellent. Hoping we can come back again next year.

Perfect getaway

This beach cottage on the bay was a terrific place for us to vacation! The furnishings have been updated since our last visit, and the house is fully furnished with kitchenware, games, bikes, beach equipment, and other necessities. It also smelled clean when we arrived. Both prior to and during our trip, the host maintained communication with us. I can understand why Villas is referred to as the "home of the best sunsets." They're stunning! Our family's trip here on the bay will leave us with priceless memories.

Cape May by the Bay

Very cute house, great location. Loved the decor, the deck upstairs and the seating area around the fire pit and near the sliding doors. Kitchen had everything you need. I would buy new frying pans. The no stick ones were old and very scratched. We did not use them. Carpets could use an upgrade. I know with pets they do get dirty easily. Over all a great time.

Beautiful Views!

Our family and friends had a wonderful, relaxing time at the beach house. Beautiful sunsets and gorgeous views! We loved bird watching especially in the morning while sitting on the back deck. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed Sunset Beach (great food and views at The Cafe!) and exploring Cape May which is a short drive. Good food at Castaways and Rino's pizza. Gaiss Market is a few minutes away and Acme is close by. Great stay!

Amazing Views!

From the minute we walked in the door we knew this house was well kept. It was very clean and everything was nicely marked in the kitchen so you knew where to find things. Waking up to views of the ocean set the tone for a peaceful day. We spent a lot of time in nearby Cape May for dinners! It was the perfect location to there and Wildwood. Thank you!

The house had a beautiful view, right on the sand next to the walkway to the beach. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with dry goods, detergents, paper products, trash bags, etc. Great broom to keep after the sand. Great neighbors. House was well insulated so people downstairs watching TV didn't keep the nappers awake. Close to so many amenities. The master bed was a 'lovers bed'. Some dense bed toppers would come in handy to increase the comfort level of the other beds. Definitely watch the littles on the upper deck as there is a significant gap in the railing (we've 3 chi's). This house is definitely an A .

RIGHT on the water!

I loved this house! It is STEPS away from the bay, and you can sit on the porch or balcony and watch the water if you don't feel like going down to the sand. Very clean, fantastic shower (that was a pleasant surprise--usually in rentals like this it's functional but not great), very comfortable. But for me, it was really all about the location and that balcony! Nothing is in walking distance other than the beach (and other houses), so if you're looking for the action of Cape May, it's a bit of a drive, but if you're just looking for a relaxing getaway, this is wonderful. I will hopefully be back.

2023 July Villas Stay

The accommodations were great. Initially we spent the first few days going to the beach just outside the house but then once we found the Cape May Beach we began going there instead even though it was colder water than the bay we enjoyed the sand, variety of surf, and lack of horseshoe crabs better. Sunsets on the Bay Beach were amazing. Only advice to the Owner would be to have the cleaning company clean under the open staircase better even though it should not see regular use you would be amazed how small dogs, kids, & babies like to go through there. Secondly, check the sand in the backyard around the fire pit as we found broken bottle glass from previous residents. Thanks again & we look forward to staying there again in the future.

Beautiful bayfront beach house

Everything plus more was what we found when we arrived. The rooms were larger than what the pictures had captured. The back deck had a nice size table and we spent lots of time enjoying the view. The firepit in the sand was terrific and had plenty of chairs for our family of 7. We purchased 2 tiki torches and they helped tremendously with the flies. Our first few days were great for swimming in the bay. But after one rainy day, the jellyfish came in and it was difficult to even put our feet in the water without getting stung so we went to Higbee Beach (beautiful spot to watch the ferry and other boaters) and to Cape May Beach (15 mins away.) There is a Walmart Supercenter ~10 mins away with a Ross and Marshalls (kids enjoyed shopping on the rainy day.) We ate twice at "Tacos by the Shore" which had authentic and delicious Mexican food. Another great place for cheese steaks and hand cut fries is "Big Johns". We also enjoyed a 3 hour trip on the Whale Watcher (look for a Groupon.) They sell beer and drinks onboard as well as hot dogs and pizza. Communication with Bettina was quick and responsive. Overall we found the house to be comfortable, well stocked with necessities, and fantastic views of the bay.
