Our home is in the quiet community of Cape May Villas. Feel safe and at home in this quaint coastal town. From our home, you will be only 15 minutes from Downtown Cape May where you can experience beautiful historic Victorian homes, the Cape May Lighthouse, and relax on the beautiful Cape May beaches. Go only 20 minutes from our Villa home and you will be in the Wildwoods, home of some of the largest beaches on the Jersey Shore, several amusement piers, a water park, mini golf courses, and a world-class boardwalk with everything from ice cream and pizza to Italian and Greek cuisine. The possibilities are endless!

Our home sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably with ample storage for your personal items. Without a doubt, this home is indeed the Gem of the Bay! Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy a great vacation in one the most spacious homes on the Delaware Bay!

The first floor offers a nice lounge area with a 55”smart tv, one memory foam queen sleeper sofa, one memory foam full sleeper sofa, dresser, and a large full bathroom. This space can easily be used as another bedroom with a private bath and private entrance. This is also where you will find a 32” smart tv. Also, a variety of board games, books, and DVDs. We have also included an upscale 8’ slate top pool table for your entertainment. There is a separate private entrance door and this space is also accessible from the second floor.

The second floor is where everyone can comfortably gather in our beautifully furnished open-concept living room with a gas fireplace (nov-mar) and a 65" Flat Screen TV. We offer another comfortable memory foam queen sleeper sofa and a half bath. This Great Room opens to one of our huge decks with an extra comfy lounge area and reveals great views of the beach and bay. There is also plenty of deck seating (16+)for outside gatherings and meals. A Weber propane gas grill is conveniently located in the side yard which is accessible from the deck. Or you may choose to have your meals indoors. Our vast eat-in kitchen easily seats 12 and offers everything you will need to feel at home, including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and even a Kuerig for that after-dinner coffee! Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautifully decorated nautical formal dining room that will seat up to 8 guests.

The third floor opens to a lovely and comfortable sitting/living room with a beautiful and comfortable memory foam queen sleeper, dresser, and boasts fabulous views of the Bay. This room can easily be used as another bedroom with its wall-wall lovely room-divider drapes to provide privacy when used as a bedroom. Step onto the upper sun deck from the sitting room to have a morning coffee, read a book, or just bask in the sun on one of our comfy chaise lounge chairs. On this level, there is also a convenient laundry room with full size washer and dryer and iron/iron board.

Also on the third level are four bedrooms and two spacious full baths. Each bedroom is equipped with ceiling fans, flat screen smart tvs, and plenty of dresser and closet storage. There are two bedrooms that feature queen beds. A third bedroom offers two full size beds. The fourth bedroom is the primary bedroom with its beautiful furnishings, queen bed, private full bath with a jetted tub, and separate access to the sunny and roomy upper deck where there is a comfortable sitting/conversation area for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine while enjoying breathtaking sunsets.
