Overall great stay, excellent communication, and everything needed in home for a great stay. Only feedback I have is that the driveway could be treacherous in snow and ice conditions. Not an issue in summer, but I didn’t see this mentioned in the listing.

I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. My family's cabin is perched up a Rimrock so the drive to property is an uphill climb. With that said, one is certainly rewarded with beautiful mountain views, captivating sunsets that are unmatched and a tranquil landscape of farmlands. Anyone who decides to stay will find the drive worth it. The information and recommendation about the drive during winter is actually noted in the description listing: "The climb to the cabin is steep and paved. Sport utility vehicles are best suited for a more comfortable experience, however other vehicles can certainly make the climb. During the winter months, traction devices/ 4-WD vehicles will be needed during icy conditions."

Calm retreat in a wonderful location. Check-in was easy and the host maintained excellent communication. The cabin is perched atop a hill with amazing views of the mountains. The cabin is very well-stocked and the host left instructions for everything. If you want an escape, this is it. Will be staying here again.

We love Cabin Oasis. It’s our home away from home when we visit the Bend area. The cabins location is perfect to enjoy all that the area has to offer. The cabin is always clean and welcoming. The host is the best and has made check in and out super easy.

Cabin Oasis is by far our favorite place to stay in the Bend area. This is our 5th visit and won’t be our last. Beautiful setting and wonderful cabin, perfect for a couples get a way or family gathering.

The cabin's location can act as a central hub to visit many attractions and communities from exploring the Painted Hills near John Day, fishing at Prineville Reservoir, boating at Culver's Lake Billy Chinook, attending Sisters Folk Festival or Redmond's Deschutes County Fair and Expo, rock-hunting near Madras and rafting either in Maupin or Bend! Each activity can be fulfilled within a day, so you can relax in the evening, return to the same bed and view the sunset in the mountains!
