The main house has 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and private en-suites each with its own double vanity and private entrance from the courtyard. The 3rd bedroom is located at Casita in the garden and separate from the house, has a small kitchenette with coffee pot, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer. A/C and ceiling fan, 32"Roku TV with internet, queen size bed and bathroom with a full bath and shower.

In the main house the light and airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area with high vaulted ceilings overlook the spacious outdoor terrace and beautiful pool area and deck.
The villa is comfortably furnished with new furniture and appliances throughout. The Indoor dining area can comfortably accommodate 6 guests with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern amenities of home, including a microwave, extra-large air fryer, blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder.

Outside the villa has multiple seating and dining areas and the covered terrace is a great spot to enjoy at any time of the day or night, perfect for reading, dining or simply enjoying the peace and tranquility and breathtaking views. Relax and unwind in the brand new pool with its large sun shelf and plenty of lounges. Capture the beautiful sunsets overlooking the golf course in the oversized Jacuzzi.
A gas BBQ is also provided for those who enjoy grilling.
Beach chairs, beach towels and an oversized cooler are provided and are perfect for enjoying the day at Arashi beach which is a quick five minute drive.

Tucked away paradise

This place was in a gated community and we loved being away from all the action downtown and on Palm Beach. If you are looking for a private place to stay this is it. The greenery and trees out the back have grown since the pictures but honestly we liked it better because we felt like we had a natural privacy wall from the golf course and it was beautiful at sunset. The house was perfect for us. We came for our honeymoon so it was just my husband and myself. We loved having a pool to ourselves and the space. The two bedrooms are very spacious. They are right next to each other, just FYI if you are staying with others. The bathrooms had plenty of space and the showers were great. Aruba is very windy so keeping the pool free of leaves and bugs was a daily task. They do come twice a week to clean it but it takes daily maintenance to not be swimming with the bugs. We had some issues with the jacuzzi. The property managers were very prompt and sent someone out to fix it. It doesn't get very warm so that was the only downer for us. We were expecting it to be more like a hot tub but it was only slightly warmer than the pool. Regardless of that, highly recommend this property. The kitchen is completely stocked and you have everything you would need. We only made breakfast at the house because the food is Aruba is absolutely incredible. We would recommend this place to others and would stay here again if we ever make it back! The hosts truly were amazing and prompt to respond.

Private and secure

This property is perfect for those who want a secure property that has gated access on the golf course and privacy away from the hotels. The tanning ledge in the pool was the perfect addition to lay out when it was so hot out. Any minor issues were fixed quickly. We loved the property and the garage and washing machine and dryer were a huge hit! There were plenty of towels for the 4 of us and they had laundry soap and dryer sheets available. Trash bags and toilet paper were available and that was nice! We only wish there was better cable so we could watch the basketball games so I would say that is the most needed upgrade. Overall we would stay here again!
