Kealia 202 offers FRONT ROW CENTER seats for whale watching, Maui sunsets, outriggers and more! It's a spectacular view and it's everywhere you look in this condo! If you want a view AND the best walking beach in Maui, this condo is perfect for you!

The condo is completely furnished Hawaiian style, with rattan, teak and other local materials. It's also fully supplied with everything you may need for cooking - and you couldn't ask for a better table out on the lanai!
This one-bedroom, one-bath is perfect for solo travelers, couples and small families. It has a queen size day bed as well as a comfy king in the bedroom which is perfect for the little ones.

You're just steps away from one of the best beaches on Maui, good for swimming, snorkeling, diving, paddle boarding or just sunbathing with a good book. The Maui Canoe Club is right next door and there are visitor paddles every week. You can take a great morning or sunset beach walk along Sugar Beach and in the winter months you'll see humpback whales blowing and breaching offshore!

Kealia Condominiums is the furthest north of the resorts on Sugar Beach and centrally located for easy access to the airport, upcountry and Wailea. The building and grounds have a great retro feel and there's a nice mix of residents and visitors. There's an elevator for easy access to both condo and parking garage.

Special note for GOLFERS: The owner is a member and can make arrangements for you to golf on the private King Kamehameha Golf Course.

Kealia Condominiums is a non-smoking property and as such there is no smoking allowed in the condo, on the lanai or in the shared areas such as the pool.

Tony Hitchman and Denise Frey are partners in life and first visited Maui together in December 2019. They fell in love with Kihei and Sugar Beach on that visit and purchased their first condo in February 2020! Now they own both #202 and #302 at Kealia on Sugar Beach and share their beautiful vacation homes with others.
They especially enjoy when their children and grandchildren can visit and having both condos can make that even better!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property at first sight. The view and easy access to the beach is a top priority for us and when we saw Kealia Resort we knew this was the place for us. There's a lack of pretension here that makes everyone more comfortable and they're able to relax and enjoy more than in larger resorts.

We live in this property part-time and therefore we care for it more personally than management companies.
