About this property

Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views while sitting on the lanai and soaking in the beauty all around. This condo sits right on Sugar Beach, with 6 miles of white sand to walk, or enjoy the shade trees in the landscaped lawn. The oceanfront swimming pool, and barbecue areas allows you to truly enjoy the property and delight in the scenery.
This one bedroom, one bath condo has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on Maui.
Bedroom has new king size bed, air conditioner, dresser, and night stand. Bedroom also has an attached sitting area with chair and table for reading or computer work.
Complete kitchen with all of the amenities, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and comfortable sleeping in the new king size bed. It has just been updated with all new furniture, and interior furnishings.
The condo is on the ocean side of Kihei road just 50 yards from the beach, so you may hear the waves, wind, or vehicles. We do have a sound machine in the bedroom to help filter some of the sounds if you desire.
Guests love Kealia's convenient location in North Kihei; just 15 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Wailea, and only a few miles to shopping , restaurants, and bars.
This is a less crowded, peaceful beach, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serenity as you gaze out over the ocean. amazing whale watching in season, gorgeous sunsets, and a great beach for long walks. Kealia #207 is calling you to come and experience this delightful condo for yourself!

I love the litle condo was clean and nice the location was excellent and Darla was very helpful, we arrived early that day and Darla let us iin early .

Quiet, Peaceful, and Beautiful

We loved this unit, the Lanai for coffee, or wine :) was awesome. To sit out here listening to the waves and watching the sun sink was so relaxing. We are from Texas, and AC was sadly very important to us, this unit has two units that worked perfectly. Wifi was perfect. Kitchen was well stocked even though we ate out most of the time. Lastly, you always hope for a comfortable bed, and it was. Darla was a great host, very good communication, and we certainly enjoyed the maui themed snacks. Thank you again!!

Maui getaway

Perfect little place right on the beach. The hosts had everything you could possibly need for your stay and even left a nice little gift basket with some treats and coffee.
